Upon arrival to The Sweet Escape you will find a charming, brick ranch home on a quiet cul de sac street in a low-traffic neighborhood that's perfect for morning walks, outdoor relaxation and an evening stroll to both Mayfaire and The Forum, two of Wilmington's Premier Lifestyle centers with dining, retail shopping and a Regal Cinema! Surrounded by beautiful, mature landscaping and a fully fenced back yard, this home is perfect for children to play or pups to roam the back yard and garden, all while being just 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach!

Inside, we aim to focus on comfort throughout a warm, inviting interior! We have three bedrooms, featuring cozy beds with high thread count, 100% cotton sheets (One king bed & 2 queen sized) We have one full bathroom & a half bathroom with adjoining washer/dryer. Our living room features a 65 inch smart TV along with a new leather sofa and swivel chair. We also have a step down den set up with new sofa, two chairs and a desk / chair duo that has its own exit to the back yard. We also have a 43 inch smart TV in the den and a pocket door that can keep the kids video sound out from the other room!

We offer a fully equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances. If you have any particular specialty item for the kitchen that you may need, please inquire and we will make sure to have it for you. We have dual coffee options, so you can use pods or enjoy a full pot with a ground coffee option if that's your preference! The kitchen also leads out to our patio that is set up for relaxing by our beautiful garden / grill area and the fire pit (we provide firewood & kindling upon request) The back yard is fenced in for your small children & pups safety and we have recently added overhead lighting features to enhance the outdoor ambiance, highlight the charm of the garden area and offer the perfect setting for evening conversations and photo ops on this spanning corner lot!

Along with a carport for rainy days and shade, there is also paved, additional parking with room for an RV, boat & trailer, etc. (Municipal boat ramp is just under 3 miles away).
