#1 Lakeview ,Great Location Beach Access, Dogs ok

Summary:
LakesideSuite #1 has filtered Lakeview's with access to a property shared hot tub. It has direct beach access and is dog friendly. Free Tart north shore transportation to Northstar. Perfect location, in Kings Beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Short walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc.. Tesla charging. It's a short drive to resorts like Northstar, Diamond Peak, Squaw Valley, Alpine, and Mt. Rose. Enjoy the Views, Comfort and Convenience at Lakeside Studios. It's home base for Lake Tahoe adventure's.

The Space:
Unit #1 is a ground floor end unit with filtered lake view with an ability to sleep 3-4 people (1 queen bed & 1 full sofa sleeper pullout). It includes electric fireplaces, 4k Smart TVs, custom cabinetry, small work station and contemporary kitchenettes (with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa) and onsite parking for one vehicle per suite, with a Tesla charging station. Featuring soft and supportive mattresses with hypoallergenic Tencel bedding and organic pillows in a variety of firmness levels, all created exclusively for Lakeside Suites.

Guest Access:
A WiFi-enabled key-less entry lock makes for easy coming and going.

Getting Around:
The TART bus stops at Lakeside Suites for transportation to local ski resorts, Truckee, and around the lake.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is limited in the front parking lot but there is public parking at the beach behind the building. Due to limited space in the main lot, please limit yourself to one vehicle per suite. Please also note that parking is first come first serve and we aren't responsible for how other guest park (i.e. a motorcycle taking a full car spot, double parked, too much space in between vehicles, etc.).

Interaction with Guests:
Each studio suite is self sustaining and there isn't a 24 hour staff on site. We do our best to maintain rooms in between guests. I do not live in Kings Beach, so any repair or maintenance will be at the dependence of an available handyman's schedule. The customer service team and myself are as available as we can be to answer any questions, comments, or concerns. Please send all communication via the booking channel. It will be the easiest way to reach us.
