**Cistern Rules-
The home was built to be partially self sustainable, so the water is sourced from a fresh water cistern. As precaution to not dry out the cistern please only run 2 showers max simultaneously while not running the dishwasher or washer. *If you are a larger group, please space out groups of 2 showers 10-15 minutes apart.

**Fire Pit Rules
Guests must observe Montana’s fire restrictions before using the fire pit, keep hose on, and handy. No fireworks!

-No Smoking in the home of any kind.

-Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

-We ask that you be understanding of our “No Party” rule. It is a quiet area for you to enjoy, please respect the neighborhood and the property.

-No large gatherings over the guests included on reservation or parties/events without prior approval. *There are additional Requirements and Fees associated with Event/Venue rentals. Case by case, please message to inquire on separate pricing options!

-A Commercial fee is required for film or photoshoots.

-Any disruptive, inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the rest of your stay. Guest age to rent this property is 21 years and older.

-No Hunting on the property allowed.

-Toddlers and infants are allowed on the premises but there are no "child proof" devices provided.

-Pets are allowed on and in the property with a pet fee for our addition cleaning. Please keep them off the furniture. Leaving your pet unattended outside is at your own risk. Please do not leave unattended inside the home. If you must do so, please make sure they are crated. All waste must be discarded before checkout. *Any pet damage or excessive cleanups will result in additional fees.

-There are some wet lands next to the railroad, beautiful and in view but not fenced nor for swimming. Keep an eye on children and pets.

-This property is very close to downtown Whitefish however is surrounded by a big chunk of private land, with that comes the occasional wildlife visitor. Great for viewing at a distance. All trash must be stored in bins provided and placed in garage. All food must be kept stored inside to avoid attracting animals.

-Before checking out, please discard all trash in garage trash cans. Gather all used towels and leave them in front of the washing machine.

-Make sure all used dishes are clean or loaded in dishwasher.
