A Florida vacation everyone will enjoy! Welcome to The Surf Palm Coast! This 3 bed + 2 bath home has plenty of space for the entire family, multiple families, or a large group of friends! With a private, fenced-in backyard featuring a heated pool complete with lounge chairs, a comfortable hammock, firepit, put-put, and a beautiful screened in porch. The Surf is centrally located, making it easy to get to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine, Daytona, & Jacksonville!

The Surf Palm Coast was designed to create a relaxing & fun Florida vacation. You'll find comfortable & coastal decor indoor & outdoors to ensure that every space of the property feels like an oasis! The home has a completely private, fenced in yard featuring a private heated pool, lounge chairs, a comfortable hammock, firepit, propane grill, put-put, outdoor speakers, and a beautiful screened in porch with twinkly lights. For entertainment we provide outdoor games, put-put, and indoor card games & puzzles. Enjoy the firepit beside the pool while the kids enjoy the mini put-put course!

The home can sleep up to 11 people. You will find one master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the home, you will find another room with a king size bed + a twin over full bunk bed, a full bathroom, and another room featuring a queen over queen bunk bed. All brand new & so comfortable! All bedrooms + the living room feature brand new smart TVs where you can log into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc.

We provide pool towels + extra bath towels. There is also a full size washer & dryer that you are free to use as you please. We provide laundry detergent. To get your vacation started, we provide hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, make up wipes, bar soap, and trash bags.

In the kitchen you will find every cooking utensil you may need + salt, pepper, and olive oil. Other kitchen equipment provided:

We allow up to 12 guests in the house.

The house is a non-smoking house, and we ask that if you do smoke to do it as far away from the house as possible so no smell lingers. Please no smoking on the screened in porch.

We allow dogs only up to 50 lbs, as we understand that fur babies are a very important part of the family! However, we ask that you consider your dogs behavior and whether our property is right for them. All of our furnishings are brand new, so we ask that you please bring a bed for your dog & to avoid letting them on the furniture.

We require an upfront notice & an additional $100 pet fee per dog if you decide to bring your pet. If there are more excessive cleaning needs due to the presence of your dog, there will be additional fees. Dogs are the only pet that is allowed. We require dogs to be at least 6 months old & house-trained. Dogs must be created if you are not there to supervise them, so please bring a crate if you plan on leaving the property. If they cause damage to anything on the property, you will be charged for the repair.

Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day due to the excessive electricity the pool heater uses. Please contact host directly to ensure pool heating during your stay.

Palm Coast is such a great little town that is centrally located to all the favorite tourist spots & towns on the Atlantic side of Florida!
