Welcome to the Pliny Range Retreat! This spacious log home is the perfect private getaway in prime location. Enjoy our large deck with gas grill and beautiful mountain views. Located close to Santas Village. Our home is very family friendly and is close to skiing, golf and other outdoor activities. After a long day of adventures you can relax in the hot tub! Need to work while you are here? Our home office will do the trick!

Our spacious and open log cabin offers 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with plenty of sunlight and windows overlooking The Pliny Range. Its 5 minutes from Santas village and under 20 minutes to many hiking trails, ski resorts and restaurants. If you need more to do Story land and North Conway are under an hour away.

High speed internet is perfect for work/video games.

The master suite is located on the first floor and features a den, sunroom and half bath. You will sleep perfect in the new memory foam queen bed. The home office situated in the den is complete with monitor, mouse, keyboard and wires. Just hook up your laptop and go to work! The sunroom has a small table and chairs and would be the perfect place for your morning coffee.

The other bedrooms are located upstairs. There are 2 full beds, day bed and couch. Ideal for a second family or kids. There is a smart tv with an hdmi ready for gaming consoles.

The open living area features a 6 person table, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge and all the utensils to cook a perfect meal. The living room has a leather sofa and chaise and smart tv ready to sign into your favorite streaming apps. Just off the kitchen there is the coffee/wine bar with electric tea kettle. We provide a small variety of k cups, sugar, sweet and lows and tea bags and waters in the fridge. We have plenty of board games and cards for rainy day fun!

The huge wrap around deck boasts many sitting areas with scenic views. It has a gas grill and outdoor couch and table. The deck is completed by a privately situated 4 person hot tub that was newly installed in April 2023. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

The children wont be bored here! There is a game room that has so much to do. Dart board, putting green, pool table and Ms. Pacman arcade game! If you want to relax you can sit on the couch and play video games or watch a movie on the 55 inch smart tv.
