This private retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure for you and your furry friend (dogs are welcome!). It features a spacious back deck complete with a large hot tub, ideal for soaking under the stars; a firepit for marshmallow roasting and 60 acres of private trails for walking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. There are also other hiking and snowmobile trails within a few miles to explore.

With two full kitchens and multiple dining areas, culinary enthusiasts will feel right at home. The lower floor kitchen is perfect for post-adventure gatherings or enjoying a movie night with the extensive DVD library on the 65” Sony TV. For those needing to catch up on work or school, a dedicated office space with high-speed internet ensures you can stay connected while enjoying the tranquility of your surroundings.

This home comfortably accommodates guests with four well-appointed bedrooms, each offering stunning views of the mountains and valleys. The upstairs features a luxurious king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, alongside two additional bedrooms with a queen and twin beds. The lower floor king bedroom wprovides extra comfort and privacy.

Guests are well within driving range of many outdoor activities. Winter activities include six downhill ski resorts between 18 and 40 miles away, and snowmobile and cross-country ski trails beginning only three miles from the house. For the warmer months there are six golf courses within 20 miles, Santa's Village with a water park, Mt. Washington Resort, hiking, and biking opportunities minutes away, and access to the epicenter of the North Country ATV scene, Jericho Mountain State Park & the Mount Washington Cog Railway. And there is plenty of vehicle and trailer parking at the house. The area has several shops and guide services available for guests who love fly fishing! The town of Lancaster is just 5 miles away, so you'll be able to stock up on groceries and enjoy local restaurants easily. And vibrant Littleton with even more amenities is only 15 miles away. Country serenity and seclusion with all of the conveniences just minutes away!

Clean and spacious

I stayed at this property with my husband, kids, and my mom. The house was extremely clean and had all the things we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The view was absolutely stunning and even better when in the hot tub! Easy drive to Littleton, Santa’s Village, and other small towns. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a relaxing week at martin grandview estate! Sitting on the deck or in the hot tub with those beautiful low clouds and big open sky is really something breathtaking! I promise i have never been so relaxed. We saw a big wild bunny, turkey, lots of birds & butterflies! We cant wait to stay again

Beautiful home, great view

I stayed here for a mom’s weekend away with two friends and it did not disappoint. Stunning views and very beautiful home. Our only issue was that there were several cobwebs with spiders when we checked in that the host offered to take care of immediately. Overall a wonderful weekend and would 100% stay again.

Great property with an even better view!

This property was really wonderful! The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the different places in the house that you can socialize and relax in. The best part of this property is the hot tub and the view. The hot tub is right on the deck, just a few feet from the door. This meant that if you're there during winter (like we were), you didn't have far to run when heading back in. The view from the back deck is also incredible! You're presented with a sweeping panorama and I'm sure it's even more beautiful in the other seasons. The location of the house is great, not far from many of the attractions in the area. Please be aware that the street the house is located on is a dirt road. This isn't a problem, but something to know about if you're travelling in inclement weather. Overall it's a great property and one I'll be sure to look at first when I head back to NH!

Amazing Views despite multiple issues

The house was gorgeous and the views were beautiful. When we arrived at 4:30 (past the 4pm checkout time) the housekeepers were still there for at least another 20 minutes, trash from previous renters was still there and the hot tub was cold. We had to wash several of the dishes before use because they were dirty. The plumbing in the basement area stopped working on the last night and smelled like raw sewage therefore I had to wake my children up at midnight to move upstairs to sleep on the living room floor. I called Vacasa and they told me they would put in a service call. Unfortunately that wasn't very helpful at midnight the night before we left.

Beautiful views!

House has gorgeous views of the presidentials from the back deck. Definitely the highlight of this house! It has plenty of space and is comfy. A couple things to note if staying: towels were not in an obvious place so it caused concern when we showed up dirty from a day of skiing. They were hanging on the back of the bathroom doors and no extras in closets, etc. Hot tub towels were in the front closet where you’d hand jackets. I’d suggest labeling or noting somewhere. When we called, no one could clearly tell me where they are because it’s run by Vacasa. Once someone used the bathroom, we finally discovered the towels! Also, the man who works for Vacasa in the area when he called me was the nicest guy. Also, the downstairs bedroom is very loud when toilets anywhere in the house flush bc it has to have a pump to move the water to the drain. Our friends who slept downstairs didn’t get much sleep bc of this. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay!

What a fantastic stay we had! It was just my GF, my dog and myself. The house was huge, we shut up the basement and 2 other bedrooms and never even used. The view from the deck was amazing, mountain ranges as far as the eyes could see and the wrap around porch made it easy to enjoy the property from all angles. Kitchen was well supplied and the hot tub was relaxing each evening. Quieter than any place I have ever been before, the only surprising thing was no animals whatsoever, not even crickets or birds! If you are looking for peace and quiet, but within 30 mins of some Mountain activities, I would highly recommend. King bed in Master bedroom was also very comfortable.

Fantastic!

This home is spectacular with magnificent views. On a clear day you can even see Mount Washington. We enjoyed walking the spacious grounds every day. The house was clean, the kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need. Shopping at Shaws nearby was convenient. We will definitely return.

Gorgeous

When we drove up the road all we could say was WOW. In the distance stood a BEAUTIFUL house and the scenery was fantastic. Inside the home was clean and had everything you could ask for. The views from the back deck was breathtaking. Sitting in the hot tub and taking in the views was heaven. Had small problem with wasps hanging around the hot tub so I called Vacasa and within 15 minutes a very nice person came and took care of the problem very promptly. This was one of the best vacation homes I stayed in, LOVED it, Highly recommend.

We had fun the ONLY downside or complaint we have is there weren't enough dishwasher pods or trash bags for our stay! Other than that everything was perfect and everyone had a great time! We also were having issues with the smoke detector going off but maintenence came right out, and he was great!

Off the grid - but on the grid

Visited with a friend and my son. We never actually left the property to drive anywhere. We had tons of food, drinks and warm beds to sleep in at night. The house itself is 2.5 miles down a very well maintained dirt road. The house is simple and comfortable while offering the amenities needed to just enjoy our stay-cation! We did trail blaze, tick find, and soak in the hot tub though… if you’re looking to get away but still be connected - this totally fits the bill. Views alone will make you stretch your arms out wide with excitement - the house sits only 19 miles from Mount Washington. If your curious about staying connected… no worries there. We had 0 interruptions with the web or tv. Win win! So… if you’re thinking of going. Do it! Don’t miss out on some of the best views out your back door!

Heaven on Earth

The entire property is stunning from the moment you drive down the driveway, the views take your breath away. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, 60 acres or property to explore and an amazing view to admire as you soak in the hot tub. This place was an absolute dream and my family and I can’t wait to book it again!

Dishes, glasses and pans were dirty

The view was beautiful but that couldn't change the fact that we needed to shovel to get into the house and that the dishes, glasses and pans were dirty and when I was sent a text message on how clean is the house I responded with letting them know that things were dirty and they said someone would reach out and I'm still waiting to hear from them. We only had 7 towels and again I let them know and they said they would be intauch and still nothing. This place only leaves you with the bare minimum and they do not get back to you.

Edwards Christmas vacation

This home is not only beautiful inside but outside! The views are amazing and the hill out back is perfect for sledding down. So much property to explore then return to a cozy fire in the fireplace. Two full kitchens is helpful when you have a large family along. Definitely will return!! Parker is so helpful when you have questions.

Relaxed and Happy

This was the perfect place to get away and relax! It is secluded enough to feel like you are the only ones around, but close enough to town for all the necessities. We loved the wood burning fireplace and added bonus of the hot tub! We would highly recommend this place as a get away for two or a place for a larger group of family or friends. We would definitely book this place again and will keep it on our list for future vacations!

Picturesque Getaway

The views and the privacy really can't be beat. Even though we had a lot of bad weather it was still nice to chill out in the hot tub and take in the mountain air. Would definitely do it again
