Det er det ideelle sted til enhver sammenkomst: bryllupper, familiesammenkomster, forretningsrejser, giv det navn! De 5 rummelige soveværelser i 2. sal har en blanding af dronning og to enkeltsenge for total fleksibilitet. Til privat underholdning har tredje sal en overdækket spiseplads med gårdhave og hængekøjer til at laze rundt, mens du ser surferne, eller gå med dem nedenunder! Master suite er også på tredje sal med et smukt flisebelagt masterbad, eller for de mere eventyrlystne er der et eksotisk, strandinspireret, udendørs bad. Andre faciliteter i huset inkluderer: et filmrum til de regnfulde dage, et moderne køkken med rustfrie apparater og ubegrænset opholdsstue med betagende udsigt over det blå hav. Udenfor er husets strandside dækket med 4 lysthus til underholdning dag eller nat. Plask rundt i poolen, og når du er klar til en snack, kan du tage den i det udendørs køkken og bar. Eller gå til svine-stege lysthuset for en Puerto Rica behandling!

The House was a perfect layout for our group. It provides plenty of space for larger groups. We had three families with two babysitters and every family had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean when we arrived. The location is really cool also, out side of the major city, but close enough to visit other locations like San Juan, Aguadilla, and Arecibo wich is only 15min away. Plenty of cool beach restaurants with in minutes of the house also.

A truly amazing property! Large rooms, wonderful first floor with direct ocean views and the roar of the ocean. Surfers in front of the house every day. A whale in the distance. Not a swimming beach but almost a mile walk in either direction with soft, deep sand. Pros: the large rooms, ocean front, the back deck, plenty of room for everyone, near great beaches, food and bar. Property is not pristine. It’s a bit tired in spots, but it is a Great Beach House.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was amazing!!!! The house was super nice, welcoming, charming and spacious. It was great for our group of 13. The kitchen was lovely and made a perfect spot to cook our Thanksgiving feast. Myrtle (host) and Tata (property manager) were both great to deal with start to finish. The location couldn’t be better as the house is right on an uncrowded beautiful white sand beach. Five stars all the way start to finish!! We can’t wait to visit this amazing property again for our next family reunion!

Amazing paradise

This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! We’l definitely be back!

What a location!

My family and I were so excited to see the house when we arrived . The views and ocean sounds were so awesome. Plenty of room for our family of 17. We had the beach to ourselves. The kids loved the pool. It was a wonderful celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary .

TRuthfully wonderful house. It was an even better experience the second time around. Couldnt praise the property mgr enough and the owner. Responsive and easy to deal with. Everyone loved the house and had a great time with family from the Island on my moms birthday. Pick this location with a doubt.

Villa Rosa Perfect for Our Family of 10!

Very nice Puerto Rican property. Exactly as described...not new but nice and right on a surfing beach! The property manager was very friendly and responsive. We experienced a few power outages and she sent someone immediately to verify it was the power grid and not just the house. We enjoyed the pool and the multitude of outside areas to relax and play. Perfect vacation spot for our family of 10.

Visit to Paradise

The view is beautiful! So much to do inside and outside: play pool, games and cards, watching the surfers and waves and lizards and iguana, swimming in pool and nearby beach, walking the beach, snorkeling, zip lining, exploring the caves… Internet reception was spotty - Little tv watching in tv room and shortage of outlets, kids today are very tech involved. Dishwasher was very difficult to latch,. Sleeping arrangements adequate. Tata and Roberto were fantastic!

Incredible property and hospitality

Stayed with 4 families with 8 adults and 11 teenagers. Comfortable arrangements and bedrooms with waves crashing right out the window. Plenty of bathrooms. Some new pans, kitchen scissors, griddle, and bigger toaster would be nice cheap additions. A mile long stretch of beach where we barely saw another person all week. Great waves to play in and awesome lava rocks to explore and see waves crash into. Tata the house manager was very attentive to any needs we had and answered questions very quickly. Plenty of amazing things to do nearby. Salitre was really good also. Our all time best vrbo experience out of many great experiences we’ve had.

Amazing Location!!! Listen to the waves every night while you sleep!

I stayed in this property for several days and held the reception for my daughter's wedding on site. The house is very comfortable and easily can accommodate 20 people. It has all the amenities that you might need. The location is perfect! I am a beach fan and love listening to the waves. I enjoyed falling asleep listening to them and waking up listening to them. Tata, the property manager, is amazing. I started planning the event eight months ahead and she responded to all of my questions. She also took time to meet with me face-to-face months ahead. Villa Rosa is superb. It is an amazing property but most importantly, it has and incredible property manager that is there to help you. I am planning on staying there again in the future.

Paradise in Arecibo!

If your goal is to have a large group of friends and family have the time of their life look no further than the magnificent Villa Rosa! The trip starts with a wonderful drive along the nothern coast of Puerto Rico past many great vistas and little watering holes along the way. The excitement builds as you arrive at the finest house for miles. The house is very private and gated. The owner Myrtle-Rose does a wonderful job of setting your custom trip up perfectly to tailor your needs. We had a large group of 14 traveling from all over the country(US). Myrtle-Rose made sure Tata was there to meet us and give us the grand tour. Let the fun begin. The house is extraordinary in every aspect. The layout and decor is perfect and the rooms were plentiful so everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. The beach is unbelievable and for the most part its private because when you walk out to the ocean on the powdery sand steps away from the house you can't see anyone around for miles except for some local veteran surfers carving up the impresssive pro break. I definitely recommend renting some boogie boards and Surfboards form the local surf shop down the road(Myrtle-Rose will set up for you) but I caution you need to have some experience because the wave action is awesome but tough. There is also a beach volleyball court and a great ping pong table out on the deck that got a tremendous amount of use. Villa Rosa offers many levels and decks where the views are breathtaking. We had our breakfast and lunches on all of the different decks and verandas to soak everything in. The kitchen is very condusive to great cooking. The Pueblo is right down the street and is very convenient to get all that you need. One of the highlights was the fantastic Pig Roast that the owner set up for us. What a great expereince that was. A group went fishing the morning of the pig roast with a local charter down the street and they snagged an easy 20 Mahi Mahi off shore so the feast that night was legendary with the pulled pork and local mahi mahi. There are also great local restaurants that will deliver if you don't feel like cooking. The bar near the pool was where we spent most of our time BBQing and mixing margharitas. We had some musicians in our group and we actually recorded a few songs as Villa Rose proved to be the perfect muse! We are still talking about how great everything was and the big question is when can we all go back. Thanks Villa Rosa! -Greg

La casa es como un castillo tropical. Acomodó muy bien a mi familia de 20 personas. ¡Nos encantó! La forma en que está dividida la casa permite que todos estemos comodamente. El mar se ve desde el balcon y tiene un facil y como acceso a la playa. Verdaderamente la recomendamos 100%. Magaly es muy amable y siempre esta disponible. Gracias!

Pink Puerto Rican Castle on the Beach

Wow, what a lovely warm, and friendly house/castle!! We really enjoyed that it was in a more rustic location, being able to appreciate more than just city life. The house offers opportunities for many interests, pool, pool table, beach, and gorgeous views. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!!

Gem located in a beautiful area

We book this house as I was getting married down the street in Playa Escondida. When we arrived the host was super sweet and very helpful. This house was more than I could ever imagine!!! I will be booking them in the near future so that I can enjoy myself as I was running around with the wedding! Giving it a 10 out of 10!!!

Granddad's 80th birthday with the family

The house was comfortable for our entire family of 14 and the location was great. We had Zulma cook several meals for us that were truly Puerto Rician and delicious. The only issue was there was not enough table and seating in the dining room for 14 people. If you are planning a family or friends vacation I recommend VillaRosa Hoallow Beach.

Exceeded expectations

Such a beautiful home! The view was spectacular. The home had everything we needed. My husband and I hosted our wedding here and it was perfect. If you stay on the 3rd floor, be prepared to get a good leg workout. The beach is great for boogie boarding and surfing. It gets pretty windy. When we stayed, there were 2 turtle nests near, so be cautious to not disturb, especially if you have curious children staying with you. There are calmer beaches in the area and some nice restaurants near by. If you've never been to Puerto Rico you should know that roads are not the best and many people like their cars and music loud, but this did not disturb our trip one bit. If you are traveling with a baby, there are multiple pak n plays, a bouncy chair and a high chair. There is a bar, volleyball net, sports balls, a pool table. As a group, we were never laking in something fun to do. I can not express enough how much I enjoyed staying her.

Wonderful family home!

Perfect amount of space for our whole family to enjoy. Great location close to the water, beaches and stores. Home was just as listed. Only wishes was the hot tub doesn’t get hot, and the stove doesn’t heat well. Otherwise it had more than expected for our family to enjoy.

Beachside Mansion Retreat

All the amenities needed for a fully self-contained retreat for up to 24 people. Our large family could easily have spend every day all day in the property but we easily made day trips to do water-fall hikes and explore the only rain forest in the US Forest Service, El Yunque. Our almost 15-year-old remarked: “We need to come here every year!” Hard to imagine what would have made our stay any better. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Only thing I think we’d change is simply booking a longer stay.
