Suite Magnolia

This wonderful condo, Suite Magnolia, is true to its name - exquisite and relaxing. With beautiful views of downtown Waco, guests will enjoy looking out of the large picturesque windows. At every angle, this space is sure to please. No matter your reason for visiting, why not stay at this "sweet" flower of a place.

Suite Magnolia is located on the 5th floor of the Behrens Lofts in downtown Waco. Built in 1913 for the Behrens Drug Company, this fireproof concrete building survived the devastation of the 1953 Waco tornado & is now one of Waco's most luxury condo establishments. Truly unique in preserving all the industrial charm & characteristics of the past, this property flawlessly blends old factory details with modern amenities & design concepts.

The condo is located in downtown Waco and within walking distance of The Silo District and some of the best restaurants & shopping Waco has to offer. If you are interested in activities around Baylor University like McLane Stadium, Texas Ranger Hall Of Fame & Museum, Texas Sports Hall Of Fame, you can take the shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. If you are bringing children, we highly recommend the Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo.

Our condo has most everything you would have at your own home. A fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, new appliances, comfortable beds and a cozy living space.

Guest will have access to the entire condo except for one locked closet.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

The Coffee Machine is a Keurig Duo & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.

The living and bedroom have Smart TV's with streaming apps.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

We have a Steamfast for clothes instead of iron.

Lovely view of Waco from the gorgeous brick window. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in walking distance to Magnolia, Dr. Pepper Museum, Fabled Bookstore, and restaurants. Would stay here again, absolutely perfect getaway!

Anniversary trip

This condo unit is amazing! The location is on point, being it is within walking distance of so many sites! Condo had many of the essentials that made it feel like home. I definitely would recommend it to anyone booking a trip to Waco.

Reconnect

I booked this mini getaway so the hubby and I could reconnect and relax. It was perfect to do just that. We enjoyed the slow pace of Waco even though we saw as many things as Waco has to offer in a short time. Beautiful condo in a sweet little city.

Spring Getaway

This was a quick getaway for the two of us to enjoy the sites around Waco and to take in the spring wildflowers. The room was clean and everything we were expecting. Neighbors were a bit loud on the upper floors. But overall settling down after about 10pm. This place is CD central to the silos, Baylor and many restaurants.

Amazing place! So beautiful and cozy! Such a great location. The property manager was very communicative, very nice and generous to let us stay longer than the checkout time. Will stay here again!

This building has been updated, and initially on first look seemed great, the unit was bright and open, the bed was great but unfortunately the sound proofing was a major negative. There was none. I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on above me and beside me and it was all TMI if you get my drift. Small things were no real garbage in the kitchen and the washer was super loud and banged when in use. The Krupps coffee maker didn't work, (small) and the fridge filter was way past due (again, small) It would have been a great stay had it not been for the noise coming from other units at all hours. Would not recommend unless you are deaf or are a voyeur.

Perfect location

You couldn’t ask for a better location in downtown Waco. There is so much to do in walking distance. The place itself was very well kept and clean, with easy access to parking. We only had a few complaints and most are out of the owners hands. The sheets were very cheap and scratchy. The Wi-Fi did not work well in the bedroom. And our biggest complaint was the water running in the big pipe above your head in the bedroom. The second night we stayed, it ran for hours and made it almost impossible to sleep. With all that, we still highly recommend this condo.

Loved it!

This place is amazing! My husband and I were able to spend a great time enjoying some restful time together. It is also in a great location where we were able to walk and explore Waco.

Perfect spot

We came here for the TCU Baylor game. Hotels were crazy expensive so we chose this adorable condo. It was perfect for the two of us. The place was spotless, no outside noise. Some noise from neighbors doors shutting but it wasn’t crazy. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

A nice place to launch from....

Property was clean and nicely stocked with necessities. Great view of Waco from our 5th floor suite. Stylish and comfortable... walking distance to downtown attractions including shopping and restaurants. Precious bookstore next door with coffees. We took a nice stroll from the unit along the river all the way to the Cameron Park....lovely!! Only con was that there is ambient noise from other tenants because of so many hard surfaces. White noise machine at bedside helped.
