Outside on the patio you find an outdoor dining table & BBQ on the gill. Also a sitting area to relax on cozy nights &watch the kids swim. Bedroom #1:(Main Level) Master bedroom that features King Size bed & Twin daybed with Smart TV.

Bath #1: Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower and Tub. Attached to Master Bedroom.

Bedroom #2:(Main Level) King Bed with Smart TV.

Bedroom #3:(Main Level) Two Twin/Twin Bunkbeds

Bedroom #4:(Main Level) Two Full beds with Smart TV.

Bath #2 Full Bathroom, Stand up shower and Tub Located in the hallway next to Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3

Bedroom #5 (Upstairs) King Size Bed with Smart TV. Two pull out convertible twin beds ( Convertible beds) only for toddlers

Bathroom #3 Full Bathroom with Stand up shower Located upstairs in Bedroom #5.

Bathroom #4 Half bathroom located next to kitchen and laundry room.

Game room: Located Downstairs next to Garage. Has access to backyard. Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a foosball table, Pool Table, darts, and 2 old school arcade games. Also has smart TV to watch the games while hanging out


Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun. Take a dip in the swimming pool or jacuzzi after a few games of Ping pong on our ping pong table or playing a game of outdoor chess with family and friends.

Sit around the fire pit at night and enjoy the gas fire pit at night. (located by the pool)

The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

Safety gates installed on main level (entrance to downstairs garage) and upstairs in loft (on top of stairs) to keep littles ones safe

High chair and Pack n Play available for use during your stay


House Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.


No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am. After midnight you need to be inside.( No one allowed outside)

No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!

If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

-Thanksgiving Eve & Thanksgiving Day
-Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
-New Years Eve & New Years Day
