⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much, Amy! We’re absolutely thrilled you had such an amazing experience at The Queensbridge Modern Lodge. Seeing 5 stars all the way around — cleanliness, communication, location, check-in, and accuracy — means so much to us. As a family- and Veteran-owned property, we take great pride in personally caring for Queensbridge and creating an experience where every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for recognizing the care we put into every detail. It was truly our pleasure hosting you, and we’d be honored to welcome you back to Queensbridge anytime! ❤️🇺🇸🏡

From the owner: Thank you so much for your stay and for your kind words about the house and our responsiveness – it truly means a lot to us! We’re sorry the property felt like it needed a little extra maintenance during your visit. Your feedback was exactly what we needed: we’ve since completed a full refresh, including replacing the water heater with a brand-new unit and addressing every small detail our team noticed. Everything is now in perfect shape. We’d be thrilled to have you back anytime!

Thank you for the great 5 star review & for choosing The Queensbridge for your stay! We are so glad your group had fun!

What a great 5 star review we really appreciate that you felt the love and care put into this home away from home! We are so happy everyone had fun and enjoyed the space! Thank you for choosing The Queensbridge for your family reunion. Please come back!

From the owners: "Thank you for choosing the Queens Bridge for your stay. Come back and see us again soon!"

From the owner: "Stephanie, We are so happy your family had a wonderful holiday together at #TheQueensbridge Please come back at see us again soon!"

From the owner: "We are so glad you had a great family getaway and enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the great review! We do consider it charmingly rustic too, although we do offer many luxurious appointments that you wouldn’t see in just a “rustic” property: such as the large double quartz islands in the kitchen, Viking appliances, tennis court, luxurious master bath. We do hope you come back and see us again real soon!!"

From the owners: Tammy, thank you for your 5-star review. We are glad you have a great time with your family. We are sorry if your shower experience wasn’t great. We have a very upgraded luxe shower system in the master shower with three components and a diverter to move from a rain shower, shower head, or handheld shower, and it is more complicated than a one-feature shower. Just in case, we did have a licensed plumber come out, and it is and has been working perfectly. We will make sure to have our concierge give instructions on the settings. Thanks again for choosing The Queensbridge. We sure hope you come back soon!

Homeowner's Response: "Dear Diane, we at the Queensbridge are so honored that you chose us to celebrate such a wonderful birthday for your dear Mom! It sounds like the whole family had a blast, and that makes our hearts full. We work hard to make it that special gem for families and friends to make memories that last forever. Welcome back, and we look forward to hosting you all again real soon!"

Hi William, this homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "We are very sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. We pride ourselves on having our guests have a great experience, and apologize that your stay was less than perfect. - A week prior to your visit, we fully replaced the water heater and upgraded our breakers. Everything was working perfectly for the guests just prior to your stay and during our pre-check inspection - We were notified of the issue on Wednesday evening and immediately got an emergency plumber out to service the issue within 24 hours to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure the plumbing would work as perfectly as usual. This was an issue out of control and we did our best to work on it as quickly as we possibly could to restore the amenity during your stay, the owner was personally on hand as well to ensure everything was handled. - With regards to spiders, we have our property professionally cleaned, completely sanitized, and inspected prior to every stay. However, being that this home is in the countryside, you may see the occasional wildlife like woodpeckers, owls, hawks, etc, and country buggers that you may not always see in the city - For towels, our on-the-ground concierge informed me that 20 sets of bath towels and 20 pool towels were left for your group of 17 for your stay. Normally 20 sets last the entire stay, but she is happy to bring extra towels if needed to guests even if it can't always be immediately. She does her best she can to go above and beyond and dropped off 10 more sets at 9:00 am on Thursday at no additional cost Hopefully, you can understand that unexpected mechanical things happen that are beyond our control. We can only do our best and that is what we strive for every single guest and stay. We put our heart and soul into this home to make it a special place for families and friends to gather. We sincerely hope that you were able to enjoy your stay and the occasion of bringing 17 guests together under one roof. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"

Hi Shanee, the homeowners would like to share the following: - "First, we would like to thank you for staying with us during that heatwave in July where the temperature exceeded 102 degrees. During peak times, with large groups of people using the sliding glass door that leads to the pool and backyard area, our home AC unit strain to keep the inside temperature to a comfortable level. We do apologize and have had our technician work on improving the output. - We have reviewed all communication in regards to your early check-in request. The previous travelers checked out at 11:00 AM. The turnover process involves a team of cleaners, linen, maintenance, landscapers, and pool technicians to service the home in a 5-hour timeframe. We do our best to accommodate our guests, with the understanding that, our staff may still be working to give our guests the most comfortable experience. - We also granted a 1:00 PM check-out time for your inconvenience at arrival. We hope you come back again, and we can discuss a discount on your next stay." - From us here at Evolve, we take guest feedback seriously, and the Resolutions team thoroughly reviews each request. We apologize for any delay, and they are currently working on your request. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

From the owner: "Hello thank you for the wonderful review: Since we are in the countryside we do have the highest package of unlimited highspeed “satellite” internet with Viasat sometimes during peak times some guests use up the 1st part of the data bundle so it begins to throttle, we are always available to assist with any upgrades our guests require during their stay. Hopefully you were also able to disconnect a bit and enjoy the surroundings. Please come back and see us again soon!"
