Welcome to our Magnolia Lakehouse! The property is located across the street from the lake in a quiet, and relaxing neighborhood.
Within a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk, you can have access to beautiful views from a bluff that overlooks Lake Whitney. The hidden local water access spot is only a 5 min drive away!
Whitney Ridge Marina is 1.5 miles away and allows for overnight boat docking for your convienence!
Our living room invites you to snuggle up on our super comfy leather couch while watching your favorite movie with family and friends on our Amazon Fire TV.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook your meal of choice. Drip coffee maker available with coffee, creamer, and sugar available for all guests.
The master suite is furnished with a king size bed with extra blankets and pillows. Also has an Amazon Fire TV with recliner along with full sized closet with ensuite bathroom both with sliding barn doors.
2nd bathroom is on first floor or house and is shared with the laundry room. Laundry room comes with detergent for all guests to use.
There is an upstairs loft area that has a desk with ethernet access, if needed. Board games, card games, and puzzles are kept upstairs. There is a large couch in the loft with a trundle pull out to turn it into a queen sofa sleeper, if needed.
The second deck is located upstairs with access in between the loft area and 2nd bedroom. The deck has seating for four to enjoy a peaceful cup of morning coffee while taking in the peek-a-boo lake views through the trees and the sound of the water.
The second bedroom is located upstairs and has a double bed, a boat trundle bed that holds 2 twin beds, and an Amazon Fire TV. There is extra storage space in the dresser and extra blankets in the lower drawers of the dresser.
Outside next to the carport, you will have access to our stone fire pit area with firewood provided.
The carport and driveway can fit 2-4 cars with an RV hook up and extra parking space in front of the house for larger boat toys.
The house comes with the fastest wifi available in the neighborhood, but can be spotty due to being by the lake.
**we are dog friendly, but only allow one dog < 50# unless discussed prior to booking. There is an outdoor dog run along the backside of the property that can be accessed through the back door or doggie door in the kitchen.

MAX OF ONE DOG ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. DOG MUST BE APPROVED WITH PET FEE PAID PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PROPERTY.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES WILL APPLY IF YOU DON’T PICK UP YOUR DOG’S POOP
INDOOR FIREPLACE IS NOT FOR GUEST USE. ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED IF USED.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND LOCK ALL DOORS WHEN LEAVING HOUSE AT ANY TIME. WE LIVE NEXT TO A LAKE, SO THERE ARE MANY BUGS THAT CAN GET INSIDE.
PUT AC TO 80 DEGREES/HEAT TO 55 DEGREES DEPENDING ON SEASON WHEN CHECKING OUT
*We have a septic system. No items other than toilet paper are to be flushed or out down any drain, not even “flushable” wipes or feminine products/tampons. If this is not followed and the tanks have to be pumped or lines cleared, the guest will be responsible of covering this expense, which is a minimum of $500 to have a plumber come out to fix. This expense will be passed to the guest to cover.
