"Coastal Soul" is newly renovated, a few steps away from a private beach and a short walk to the public beach, shopping & dining! Enjoy your beach vacation in the private gated community of Bay Creek. This vacation rental also affords you the opportunity to use the community pool, tennis/pickle ball courts in the sister community of Bay Creek at no additional cost.

This well equipped home features an open floor plan plus spacious rooms that will make your stay comfortable and cozy. We have meticulously taken care with improvements that will not disappoint. It all begins with a warm greeting at the front door and as soon as you step through the threshold you feel as though your vacation has begun. The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and sliding doors leading out to the first floor deck. The large private bathroom has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom, also on the first floor, has a queen size bed, a bathroom/shower adjacent to the bedroom and sliding doors that also open to the first floor deck.

The spacious 2nd floor boasts a large living area with a fireplace and a separate dining area offers plenty of space for your entire group. The beautiful dining area is open to both the kitchen and living room and seats 10, with additional seating for 4 more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The living area has a 4K curved TV and plenty of seating for a family movie night. Board and card games are available so your family and friends can enjoy quality time together. The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom/shower adjacent to the room. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. Large decks off the back of this floor let you relax and bask in the sun and enjoy the bay breeze that fills the air. There is a patio table with seating for 6, a gas grill, additional outdoor seating and a gas fire-pit, perfect for those beautiful summer days or night cookouts!

The 3rd floor crows nest is the perfect place to enjoy 360 views while reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee. You can also step out onto the balcony for a perfect birds eye view of the Chesapeake Bay and it's incredible sunsets!

The guest garage is equipped as a game room with foosball, ping pong, corn hole and plenty of beach gear (paddle board, coolers, umbrellas and chairs). A Ring doorbell camera is installed on the front of the house for security of the property only. We also have an outdoor shower (hot and cold water), to rinse off after a long day at the beach!

Cape Charles is a golf cart friendly community, so please remember to reserve your golf cart as soon a you make your reservation. Off season we require a 3 night minimum stay and throughout the summer season a 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday.
