Build sandcastles in the morning, stroll to Marina Park in the afternoon, and grill dinner in your courtyard as the sun sets. Walk everywhere — beaches, shops, cafés, and the farmers market at Newport Pier are just minutes away.

One off-street space (8½ ft wide x 23 ft long) to the right of building, accessed via short drive on left. Best for small to medium vehicles. Refer to pics. Additional non-metered/metered street parking nearby (free 6 PM – 8 AM).

Most small to medium dogs welcome with prior approval (breed restrictions apply). Dog fee + tax applies. Sorry, no cats.



During the holidays, the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade lights up the harbor — just moments away for a magical family experience.

Guest Access:

You have total and complete private access to your Casita with a private entry and for your use only a large rear courtyard.



The Neighborhood:

The property is just a short beach block (cross one street that divides the peninsula) from the ocean boardwalk and pier and around the block from the 19th St Bay Beach at Marina Park. We are within walking distance of many restaurants offering a variety of fare. Enjoy Mexican cuisine, seafood (including the famous Crab Cooker two blocks away, The Cannery, Flying Fish, and Blue Water Grill), Italian, Sushi, and several fine dining restaurants such as Oceanfront, Nobu, Cannery, the NEW Palmilla, and The Dock.



We are in a quieter location on the bay side. There is plenty of activity including renting paddle boards and kayaks around the corner to be delivered on the Marina Park Bay beach one street over. No schlepping!!



Summer recreation camps available on beach.



From the moment you walk through the door, you will feel "at home" - and maybe a little pampered at the beach.



Getting Around:

There are plenty of cabs, car rentals, bike rentals, Uber, and Lyft. We are located close to restaurants and shops so there is plenty to walk to. During the summer, the city has a free open air trolley that runs on the peninsula.



Other Things to Note:

Bring your fishing poles! The main pier is for fishing and our small dock is for loading/unloading passengers. There are electric and motor boats for rent at the Pavilion. And there`s a great tot lot on our beach.



Parking: We have no alley in back (safer). Casa`s on 19th St. are serviced by garages in front. They will NOT take a Lincoln Nav size vehicle. They will a mminivan or smaller. Height is 7ft.

Please unload before entering and pull in mirrors if needed. 

Casita`s on 20th St:

There is off street parking for 216A LOWER. This parking spot currently is accessed using the small short drive left or neighbors drive to the right. The parking space measurement is 8` 6" wide wall to fence and 23` deep (see pic in gallery) with a larger open area from fence to sidewalk. Perfect for small and medium cars.

The garage for Casita 216B UPPER on 20th St. will take a large vehicle with the height restriction of 7ft.

Plenty of parking both metered (pay station) and non-metered close by on 19th St. No payment required overnight 6PM to 8:30AM



Interaction with Guests:

Our VIEW Casa's are located beachfront next to one another or in the same duplex building on 19th St. Bay Beach at Marina Park. Our Casita's in back on 20th St. Need more space? Reserve multiple units.

Very Nice Place.

We really enjoyed staying in this Vrbo. The design is amazing. Quiet. Well stocked. We enjoyed staying in and cooking. Walk to the beach. House has beach chairs and toys. We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful, incredibly clean home in the perfect location.

We had an excellent stay here - you're a few minute walk from the beach and all the action (restaurants, bars, coffee, etc) yet it's still incredibly quiet. The AC unit is powerful and everything is brand new and hotel-like-clean! The ONLY reason that I took off one star is the parking and the noise from the upper unit. There is off street parking for the lower unit which is pictured, but if a car is parked on the street in front of it (100% chance that will happen as it's a busy street), it's incredibly difficult to back into. It wasn't even worth trying for us. Additionally, it is a lower unit which is incredibly clear in the listing; however, you could really hear most things in the upper unit - every footstep, drawer open, toilet flush. It wasn't too bothersome but it's just noticeable. If things like that bother you definitely book the upper unit. The upper unit also gets the garage space. Besides those two things, this was the perfect spot and we'd definitely book again and stay in the upper unit next time!

Allie, Thank you for your 4 star review. 4 stars is awesome...but we always strive for that 5 star review. You wrote: "I took off one star is the parking and the noise from the upper unit. There is off street parking for the lower unit which is pictured," Not only is it pictured BUT we let you know this is what to expect and the measurements. You also paid a lot less than the upper unit because they get the garage. We are trying to get a straight on access with the city but until that is approved ..it's access to the left short drive or the right neighbors short drive...and again, all disclosed. Most of the time..little issue with street parking...but because we are Newport beach and summertime is happening it may be more challenging until late in the day to find a spot. We let you know that BIG vehicles will NOT work...by virtue of disclosing all info regarding the space. so if you show up with a Yukon..??? You also booked a lower unit..which should not have been bothersome with the noise but , possibly, understandable. They are virtually identical...if you are sleeping they are, too, above you. No issues. We have flooring with cork underlayment above AND plenty of insulation between floors that should mitigate any issues.
