Surrounded by lush greenery, the "Am Rosenhof" vacation rental complex was built in 1997–98 and is located in a very quiet area. No street noise will disturb your vacation. You can enjoy a pleasant vacation in the modernly furnished apartments and suites. Our vacation apartments range in size from 35 to 70 square meters, some of which are duplexes, and all feature a terrace or balcony.

The vacation apartments are part of the “Rosenhof” apart-hotel. This means you can take advantage of the hotel’s services. You can book breakfast and daily cleaning of the apartment as add-ons. The vacation apartment is located on the edge of Baltic Park. It is approximately 150 m to the Baltic Sea.



Apartment No. 13 is a beautiful two-room maisonette apartment with a south-facing terrace. It measures approximately 44 square meters. The price for Vacation Apartment No. 13 includes free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), linens for 2 people, and final cleaning. You can book daily housekeeping and breakfast as add-ons.
A free parking space is available at the vacation apartments.
This practically designed ground-floor vacation rental features an open living area with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom (accessible via a staircase inside the apartment) with a double bed, and a terrace. The functional kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various kitchenware. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet rounds out the apartment’s pleasant overall impression.
There is no elevator in the building. In the basement of Building II, there is a room with a washing machine and dryer. These can be used for a fee.



Apartment 13:

This 43 m² vacation apartment accommodates up to three people and is located in a separate house at Rosenhof. 

The cozy living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette invites you to relax and unwind. A separate bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights, while the bathroom with a shower offers additional comfort.

A private outdoor area with seating, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and the Baltic Sea—just about 150 meters away—make the apartment the perfect starting point for a relaxing vacation in Kühlungsborn. Your dog is also welcome.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
