The house is spacious and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with new appliances, a separate game room including a ping pong table, 3 HD 4K smart TV’s and high speed internet to access all of your streaming apps. Also an entertainer’s backyard fit for all ages. Soothe your sore muscles after a long day of skiing in an extra-large soaking tub located on the main floor.

In addition to the 6 beds, there is a full-size memory foam air mattress located downstairs in the far north closet. You are welcome to use the extra blankets, sheets and pillows also located in this closet.

You will have full use of the washer and dryer where laundry soap and dryer sheets are available.

Behind the laundry room door, you will find a collapsible table and chairs for setting up a dedicated workspace in any room.

There is a backup generator. If the power goes out, it will automatically turn on and you won't even notice a disruption in power.

There is a carbon monoxide/smoke detector outside of the common area/rooms on each level. There is a smoke detector inside each bedroom above the entryway. There is a FIRE EXTINGUSHER under the kitchen sink and one downstairs in the laundry room.

You are welcome to park in the driveway which can easily fit 4 small cars or 3 big cars. There is no garage access. Do not park on the street. Do not block the sidewalk.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are a possibility of ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going to from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts we have a pest control service to service all of our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
