Kitchen had necessary items, beds were comfortable. Roomy layout and the apartment was high enough to keep some of the street sound out while we were resting. 1/2 block to water...great amenities and onsite security if you are concerned!

Very good location, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint is that the water pressure is low and we had no water for several hours but it’s from the utility company. Having washer and dryer in the condo is a big help.

We loved this location and space provided! Beach chairs were great plus for short walk to the water! Were able to do some cooking for our group of seven w few pans provided.

Perfect for family

We had a great time. The place is clean and spacious and so close to the isla verde beach. The 24x7 pharmacy across the street is also very convenient as well close proximity to some amazing restaurants. Easy enough to uber around.

Great place!

Great apartment in a really awesome location. Two beaches within a short walk, lots of really good restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a great time!

Great Location

Spacious condo in an excellent location - just a short walk to the beach. We stayed here prior to getting on our cruise. Everything you need and a very convenient location. There were 7 of us and space for everyone. Frances was very quick to respond to any correspondence.

Puerto Rico 2025

My group of 7 adults enjoyed their stay. The beautiful alambique beach was only 1/2 block away and a 24 hr pharmacy was across the street. The rental unit provided us with everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay which included beach chairs,towels,complete cooking utensils and a washer/dryer. Excellent views of Isla Verde and the vibrant night life. Would love a repeat next summer if available.

Absolutely Amazing!

The condo is beautiful, very comfortable for 4 adults and a 5 y/o. The available parking was perfect for our rental car, and less than a block to the beach! Thank you so much for welcoming us and providing such a lovely experience.

The apartment was great. We enjoyed our stay. Location to the beach was easily accessible. It is located in a very busy area and we heard a lot of traffic, sirens, etc throughout the evening hours while sleeping. You do get used to it after a couple of days. Of course that is to no fault of the owners. It comes with staying in a an area in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and it was very convenient having the Pharmacy (everything you need store) across the street. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Everything we needed!

We had a great stay in Puerto Rico! Condo was everything we needed and in a great location. Super close to the airport and a very short walk to the beach. Condo has everything we needed including a bag, cooler and even toys for the beach. Having the designated parking space was a big win! Only negative was for the building and out of the owners control. Despite showing it was open until 7, the pool often closed early so we didn’t have access to the hose to clean off after the beach before heading back up. Other than that it was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Simple but Nice place

This place was great for our needs: a clean place to sleep. We did not hang out here much. It is very simply decorated with minimalist Ikea type furniture throughout. Location is good and the fact that a parking space is included is a definite plus. Beach is about 1 block away. Building is secure and decent, but no luxury here. Host was great with communication. Prompt and reasonable responses. Would recommend use of this place.

Great Adult Getaway in Prime Location!

We loved this condo and it was the perfect fit and setup for a group of 5 adult friends. The apartment was pristine upon arrival. Secure building with 24-hour security onsite. It had all we needed, even items for beach like chairs, towels and a cooler. Located in the middle of great restaurants, bars/nightlife, and right on the beach. CVS right across the street open 24-hours was also very convenient! A/C worked great. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Overall excellent - only complaint was the beds

If you want to stay right on the beach, this is the place for you! This apartment complex is within steps to the beach, is safe (and gated) with very friendly front desk staff and plenty of parking. There were four of us, three family members and one of my work colleagues as this was a work trip for us. My colleague stayed in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and my family and I took the remaining two bedrooms and shared bathroom. My only complaint is the beds were not comfortable in any of the bedrooms and we all had trouble sleeping because of that, but everything else was great. Thank you!
