There are a total of 4 apartments in the schoolhouse. Each unit houses one tenant each when fully occupied. It is a quiet space with respectful neighboring tenants. You may hear the creaking of antique wood floors and typical apartment sounds.

This first-floor apartment is in the middle of two long-term rental units. There are no units above or below this unit. There are 4 steps at the entrance of the building and once inside there are 3-steps to enter the unit. All interior and exterior doors have private locks.

This unit has direct access to the large, shared deck. Only two units have direct deck access. There is a large backyard. You will appreciate the country setting and enjoy easy, fast access to I-69 and I-96.

The location is approx. 15 minutes from Lansing, Okemos, East Lansing, and 10 minutes from Charlotte, Michigan, 20 minutes to Holt or Eaton Rapids.
