Welcome to Seaside at Anastasia Unit G206, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit perfectly situated closest to the ocean, offering breathtaking water views. This thoughtfully designed residence has been upgraded with new hurricane and sound-rated balcony doors and windows, ensuring both comfort and safety. The Primary bedroom features a brand new King size bed and a remodeled master bathroom for both privacy and convenience. The two guest bedrooms feature queen size bed and are great for couples traveling together. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen that caters to all your culinary needs. The convenience of a dedicated laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, adds to the comfort of your stay. Enjoy seamless connectivity with complimentary WiFi throughout the unit. Accessibility is a priority, with an elevator service and reserved parking for your convenience.

Revel in the serene beauty of the coastline as you take leisurely walks to the nearby St. Augustine Pier, where you can witness spectacular sunrises. Included with your reservation are a beach wagon and four beach towels, making your beach outings effortless and enjoyable. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience the ultimate coastal getaway at Seaside at Anastasia Unit G206!

Dog friendly unit for guests staying 4 weeks or longer. Additional pet rent of $100 per month, as well as an additional $210 pet deep cleaning fee required. Only one dog allowed.

For your peace of mind, a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan is included, providing coverage up to $3,000. Should you prefer to opt out of this plan, a refundable security deposit will be required, and we will provide the necessary information to facilitate this option. Overall stay was good. Great view from the balcony. Family enjoyed the pool. Central point to downtown St Augustine and lighthouse museum. Would recommend to to do fumigate as has couple ants in master bedroom and bug coming up the hall bathroom sink drain couple of nights. Entry door had spiders and cob web when we first got there. Thank you

Amazing stay in beautiful Saint Augustine

The property was amazing. The location was perfect! The only inconvenience was the queen size bed in the master bed room. We would stay again!

Fabulous Stay

This place was amazingly clean and so beautiful! They had everything we could possibly need for our week long stay! I would definitely recommend this gorgeous condo and can’t wait to stay again!

The most perfect getaway!

We have stayed at this community before but this condo exceeded expectations. The location was perfect and when we arrived, everything was exceptionally clean. Necessities were all provided down to beach gear — wagon, chairs, umbrella. It was perfect and I could not recommend this property or rental company enough!

Location, location, location

Location was perfect and the property was beautifully maintained. Close to beach and numerous restaurants. Only issue was beach access. Due to storm damage and construction there were a number of stairs that needed to be navigated to finally get to the beach. The beach was wonderful just be prepared if your elderly or have young children.

Perfect except for the beds.

Really beautiful condo. Much like as described. Fees were rather high as we only stayed two nights, although I had to pay for 3. Perfect location and there is a wagon you can wheel to the beach. I Cannot however give this property a perfect review secondary to the beds and pillows. I barely slept as the master bed was so uncomfortable. I’m not sure about the other beds, however my teenagers aren’t picky. We all thought the pillows were very cheap. If I do stay there again, I’ll bring a mattress topper and my own pillows. Most VRBO’s I’ve stayed in have high end beds and pillows.

Perfect family spot

This property was spacious, neat, clean, and cozy. It’s across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation.

Location and Amazing Property

Relaxing, friendly, well maintained condo and community for any age. Fully equipped kitchen to cook for a family. ADA and handicap compliant. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants. Will definitely redo this vacation

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in close proximity to the beach! The condo was clean and spacious. We didn’t get to stay our entire stay due to the death of a family member; however, we plan to return again. Great beach and the pool was enjoyed as well.

Anastasia Island is awesome. Bring your bike to ride around.

Next time, we're bringing our bikes to go exploring the island. The condo was great, roomy, clean, plenty of living space. Its one street back from the beach. Not a bad walk to & from. Cute little coffee, donut shop across the street. Walking distance to to great restaurants. St. Augustine is less then 10 miles to visit. Only one parking assigned to the condo. Other vehicle will have to park in the visitor space away from the condo. Pool is nice, heated, warmer then the ocean rt. Now. I recommend this great little spot in paradise.
