With a privileged location as it is located in the heart of Brickell, so bus, or cars are very easily accessible. Parking is internal, covered and free.
1) Smoking is only allowed at the outside area. There will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside.
We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.

2) No loud music inside at any time. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

3) Garbage – Trash is to be disposed of properly in trash bags. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell. Please dispose all garbage in the trash-shut. (door labeled in the hall)

5) Visitors and/or other guest that are not staying at the property, are required to be pre-approved by us, and must leave the property before 10pm every night.

6) Check out is at 11AM (+15mins after checkout time will incur a charge $50usd; & +2hrs after checkout time will incur on a charge for an extra day. This doesn’t give you the right to stay longer.

7) We have the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee for leaving the property dirtier than a regular stay (stains in the floor, dirty dishes, leaving trash in the house behind, strange smells, etc.)

8) We have the right to charge you for new Beddings, Towels (stained, dirty and/or turn up missing).

9) Washer & Dryer located at 14th floor. (applicable to studios only)

10) Designated workspace steam room, sauna, 2 pools and GYM are at the 14th floor

11) Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts.

12) No Gas or charcoals or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.

By not following the house rules we have the right to cancel the reservation without any refund; saying this we have the right to request all guests to leave the property.

While we appreciated the cleanliness of the place, the smooth check-in process, and the host assistance with the parking space, there were two issues we encountered during our visit.First, the air conditioning in the second bedroom was not functional. This made the room uncomfortably warm, and we were forced to leave the door open to draw cool air from the common areas to sleep.Second, I would like to address an interaction with the cleaning staff on our day of departure. The cleaning lady arrived fifteen minutes early while we were preparing to check out. During this time, she was loudly reporting over the phone that six guests had stayed at the property instead of the four we had booked. I would like to clarify that only my husband and I stayed the first night, and we were joined by my two daughters for the second night. My two nieces that go to college nearby, were dropped off at 8:00 AM on the morning of our departure so that our family could leave for a scheduled jet skiing activity together.I found the staff's behavior unprofessional, as she was speaking loudly about us in our presence. We took care to leave the property in excellent condition and did not utilize the kitchen facilities during our stay as we went out to eat all the time.I hope this feedback is helpful for your future management of the property.

Great location! Smaller than I expected. Host was not friendly, only left us 3 towels and 2 face rags, only had 3 rolls of toilet paper and we had to wait 2 days to get in contact with someone for the wifi password..

The lonely fork in the closet

The check in process was easy, and the front desk was friendly. Only issue we had was some of the cups seemed to have a residue on them and as the title states there was just a single plastic fork in the closet. The view from the balcony is beautiful and makes you just take a second and enjoy life!

This is a SCAM!! Property contacted me saying no payment was processed by expedia. Then requested cash, Venmo, or bank transfer only. Also would only contact me on Whatsapp. Total scam and I did not stay in the property due to multiple red flags!

Good short stay!!

The check-in process was fine but we had some confusion on how to get to our condo without having the fob to use the elevators but once that got straightened around, the building was an excellent hub for the four of us that were in town for a few days before our cruise. The apartment was just as pictured and very sparsely stocked in accommodations, including four towels, two wash cloths, one hand towel, and no dish towels (for for adults). It would have been great to have two sets of fobs and keys so we could have split up when desired (the fob is needed to traverse the building--elevators, doors, etc.) Overall, we had a pleasant stay, loved the balcony, and were so pleased with the neighborhood, convenience of local stores (CVS, Seven Eleven, & restaurants), and the safety of the Brickell area.

Good Value, a little outdated, nice owners, good views

The property was very nice. It's classy, yet does not feel new, nor does it feel old. The rooms themselves were on the plain side, a little outdated. The pictures the owner posted are really pretty accurate. The balcony furniture is nice and the balcony itself is roomy. I found it was hard to get comfortable in the living area. We spent alot of time on the balcony. Nice Views. We stayed for 2 nights before our cruise and it was very adequate for that. If you get there early they will store your bags for $5 each, which is nice if you want to go explore. We found decent food within walking distance. We took an Uber to the Port of Miami with no trouble whatsoever. It was a good experience for the cost. The bedspreads were worn, the couch is small. The air conditioning is a little weak, but Ok. The Tv's are nice. The internet was unplugged when we arrived and it took a minute to figure that out, but once we plugged it in, it worked great. My review makes it sound not that good, but really, we had a good experience and are happy with our memories there.
