This newly remodeled downstairs studio is completely redone. We didn`t spare any expense to remodeled this cozy studio. Walker Zanger tile, Brizo shower. A designer kitchen with a Viking induction stove, Bosch refrigerator and Microwave/oven. Cold air conditioning and heat. New 55` OLED Sony TV. No expense was spared!!

Newly remodeled studio with central AC and heat. 1 Block from the beach. All beach accessories included. Luxurious finishes. Large out door living space for the quintessential indoor/outdoor living space by the beach. Separate private entrance to the outdoor living space. Rare outdoor parking space on the property. 2 Blocks from downtown Manhattan Beach. Park your car and walk the whole vacation or take an Uber from the airport (7.5 miles away) and enjoy a hassle free vacation.

Private access to the outdoor living space and the luxurious studio accommodation. A separate entrance to the bathroom and an area to rinse off all the sand from your day at the beach!

We`re always available to help with accommodations or recommendations to restaurants and attractions.

On Highland avenue on a walk street. 1 block from Ocean Ave. 2 block from downtown.

Perfect place for MB! Excellent appliances in kitchen and the yard with furniture makes it feel expansive. Host was extraordinary and provided great “local” insights that made you feel like it was planned for months. Best value for proximity to all the greatness of MB. Can’t wait to return.

A great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a studio but had more than enough room for me and my boyfriend. It was very clean and very close to the beach and restaurants.

Brian was an amazing host! My daughter and I were visiting colleges and he gave us some great recommendations. This was our second time staying at Brian’s property, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything about Brian‘s place was wonderful and exactly as advertised. He responded quickly when I had questions. Super clean space with great a/c. The location in Manhattan Beach was perfect for walking to everything. When I had to use my car, having a parking space was golden! I would definitely stay here again.

Well located and easy to get to. Very nicely appointed with everything one would need. Place was all newly decorated with modern lighting. Murphy bed folded up to provide a sofa in living area. Nice outdoor sitting area.

Ideal location

One of my favorite beaches and towns in the L.A. area! The Studio was very well appointed down to the very minute details to ensure comfort. Frankly for oneof the smaller VRBO's I wasn't expecting as much - but this place had it all. Proximity to town and beach and amenities all a 10.

It was amazing!! Brian was a wonderful host & his communication was top notch. Loved the location & really enjoyed the outdoor space. The BBQ & fire table was very well used. It was a great little beach studio apartment & everything you needed was there (inside & out). Thanks again Brian for everything & we’ll be back!!

Loved this special gem of a place! Perfectly located just steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit has everything you need to be comfortable with nice appliances, amenities, etc. Loved that all the switches are labeled so you're not hunting for which light is which! Great Wi-Fi as well. Super place to work and play - will be back!

Amazing property & location!

Had an amazing stay here! The apartment is fully renovated, extremely clean and exactly as pictured. The location is a few blocks from the beach and from downtown - which can’t be beat! Brian was also extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with during my stay. Highly recommend. I’m already planning my next trip back!

A precious quaint studio in the heart of beautiful Manhattan Beach. Perfect for couples looking for a weekend ocean getaway. Perfect Location-Exceptional Place

From the time I booked, until the day prior to arrival, communication with the owner was thorough. Very responsive to all of my questions. Super clean. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The place was well equipped with anything you could need.

Perfect location

Loved the place. Seems small at first (it is a studio), but the private patio was extremely comfortable and like a total extra room. Very high end finishes and nice touches all around. Two blocks to the beach and two blocks to downtown, Three blocks to grocery. It was perfect.

Lovely, well kept, well appointed studio

Very enjoyable three days at this studio. Excellent location. The living/sleeping area is a bit small, the size of a bedroom, but the bathroom is a good size and the kitchen area big enough to prepare and store food and drink. Thank you for providing such a comfortable home away from home.

Comfortable and clean

This was a great stay. The place is very clean and comfortable with everything you might need and more. Brian was very responsive and friendly. The bed, which is a Murphy bed, was surprisingly comfortable. The street noise wasn’t bad, even though it sits on a corner. The walk to the beach is short, but it’s a little steep on the way up. It’s got a nice little outdoor space with comfortable furniture. Lots of boutique shopping and restaurants nearby, including a grocery store within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We really love the location of this stay within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The host was flexible and communicated with us well including giving us suggestions on places to go. The kitchen was the perfect size to make meals, we enjoyed having the laundry facilities, the beach chairs, and towels, and the great amenities outside, including the grill and fire pit. Provided parking was great! We especially thought that the classic books for beach reading that were available was a nice gesture. Highly recommend.

Manhattan Charm

Apartment was very well appointed. We had everything we needed. Loved the courtyard, fire pit, grill…home was just what the 2 of us needed. We loved the location, walked to breakfast, dinner and the beach with ease. 2 of our best nights, though, were spent in the courtyard. NY Strip steaks from Manhattan grocery, wine and veggies under a blanket around the fire….ideal. Our host, Brian was great. Check in and out was easy, and he was quick to reply/attend to anything we needed. We will be back!!

Manhattan Beach is wonderful and we visit our family there regularly. This location is wonderful-close to the beach and the Strand and all of the shops and restaurants. We stayed in our host’s cozy studio and it is a marvel of design for a small space. EVERY Possible need is anticipated. Our host was very accessible. We could not give a better review.

Perfection!

Between prompt communication with Brian, 10/10 location, 10/10 amenities (including the little things of rabbit wine opener, air purifier, sonos speakers, nice beach chairs, boogie boards etc), 10/10 cleanliness- highly recommend. Pictures are an accurate depiction of this little studio in the most primo location!
