This was a great little place! Close to the beach, clean house, beautiful views. Great host! Hope we can make it back, would definitely choose this place again!

Charming one bedroom just steps to the beach - comes with parking! Host was super responsive and helpful. The property was actually bigger than expected - and had a large, well-equipped kitchen.

Location was good, the place was nice and clean and parking is tight but worked even for a Jeep wrangler. The shared roof top had good views; although, it is a steep ladder up otherwise good. Overall good stay.

Very clean, wonderful location within walking distance of the beach and many great restaurants. The garage parking was a life saver. The host Brian was very quick to respond to any question we had. We would absolutely stay again!

In the words of my 6yo, “this place is old but clean!” This condo is a very short walk from the beach, and was exactly what we expected— we just needed a good place to sleep and shower in between adventures. If you have small children please note it is right next to two streets, but my 4 and 6 year olds were able to remember to stay close to the door when stepping out. The ladder to the shared rooftop may also be scary for little kids but we were just fine.Brian was great at communicating and sent lots of info preemptively, and responded to any questions I had. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella we carted down with us, which was very nice to have. It was hot in LA this time of year but there were plenty of fans.

Brian is a great host. The property is literally a block from the beach and sunsets are amazing. The place was spotless and great location.

The wife and I visted for football game at Sofi Stadium for a long weekend. The house was great, it was well equipped with necessities you might need, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was located in a nice quite area that was easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rental was in a good location close to beach and the owner Brian was easy to communicate with. There were some upgrades to the unit but in general, the property was not in good repair. There were problems with the lights and electrical outlets. Most of the windows did not open and those that did, did not have screens so the place did not have ventilation. The rooftop area was accessible only with a very steep, narrow ladder that would not be safe for children or anyone with mobility issues. The photos from the listing did not accurately depict this rental.

The Host was excellent in every way. He kept me informed in detail with direction to house, instructions on entering, parking and checking out. Plus said to call when ever I needed something I did and he was always there. There were a few things that makes my review less then excellentThe discription of the property did say the garage was very narrow and would need to unload luggage and passenger before driving in but didn’t say if driver is any larger than AVERAGE/SLIM driver You will need a hatchback to crawl out the back and the garage empties out on a busy street and most drivers are going above the speed limit and to get a straight shot into the garage you need to cross over traffic This is a property problem that cannot be changed, so it has no reflection on the host but guests should know I was looking forward to having morning coffee and evening barbecuing on the rooftop, but it needs a lot of work and I did not feel comfortable with the cleanliness up there I just walked up and turning around and come back down Going inside was a delight it was clean, comfortable nicely decorated and has nice appliances. Seems to be well stocked with pans and dishes and glasses, but unfortunately it has no dinnerware (knives forks, spoons) we had 2 forks for 3 people and soup spoonsVery pleased in every other way Wonderful location

It was extremely hot and with no AC the fans were helpful but several windows had broken screens so couldn’t be opened. The rooftop wasn’t really usable.

The location is unbeatable. The place is smaller than I expected but it was perfect for 2 adults. It had everything we needed to the only thing is the space did get hot. We had to constantly have the fans/doors open to get some air but worth it since you are a block away from the ocean. Thank you to the host! We will def be back.

This is a great location to experience Manhattan Beach. The occasion was a bestie weekend. The location is a chill vibe with easy access to the beach, walking distance to great food and the pier. The host was one of the best to work with. He is very communicative, with timely replies and informative of the space and expectations. Overall, this was a great experience!!
