The Space:

This vacation flat definitely has a prime location facing the ocean from the top floor where the ample windows will immerse you in the gorgeous views on 3 sides of the flat, not to mention that you can delight your eyes from the two balconies that also have ocean views.



As soon as you open the door of this vacation home, its natural light and modern style will welcome you with a breathtaking and cozy atmosphere. An open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room invite you to gather in the center of the home for freshly cooked meals and quiet evenings with loved ones, that you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen, with modern stainless-steel appliances, and all the utensils needed. Enjoy your meals in the round table for two that expands for two more. Elegant finishes like quartz countertops mix with personal touches like a French press coffee maker, while a built-in desk and workspace give the practical necessities for making this flat feel like home.



Elevated above the street, you’ll have natural privacy in Flat 14C Calle Cartagena. Natural light makes the home feel airy and bright, with large bedroom windows showcasing an expansive sunset-facing ocean view. The subdued colors and touches of natural wood give you that relaxed ambiance you were looking for.



There are A/C and ceiling fans for extra freshness. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, and a big closet, rest like loyalty in the top-of-the-line mattress and lines to get up brand new. There is comfortable a twin bed size sofa for an extra person. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



This Flat has a washer and dryer, for your convenience and a short distance, get groceries from nearby Copper & Stone, and spend time in, resting, and relaxing for the next day’s adventures. There is also a smart TV with cable, a telephone for local calls, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.



Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.





The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. The Flat is also fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.
