It is a 2 level, approx 750 sqft. separate legal suite 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in the heart of Richmond by No. 1 Rd and Granville Ave. Centrally located with easy walking distance to bus stops and many bike paths. As our monthly-stay guest, you will have access to your own private entrance, 1 driveway parking spot, private patio, and all the amenities listed. We will be transitioning to the main house as we expect a new baby!

*Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 2 night stands, 2 sets of bedding, 4 pillows will be provided. A pull down projector screen, mini projector with Netflix access, 10,000BTU portable AC included in the bedroom.

Private gated patio with weber BBQ grill, mini fridge, punching bag with stand, seating for two, and two different types of pet beds (furry one and elevated one).
