Pristine Luxury Heated Pool Home on the Golf Course

This spacious family retreat and it's ready to relax and indulge you in the beauty of the Lely Community. Relax on the expansive screened-in lanai with pool, hot tub, sitting area, hammock and al fresco dining area while taking in the golf course views. Play a round on the Mustang or Flamingo golf courses and when you're done take the fun inside to the air-conditioned open layout and cook up a meal in the gourmet kitchen. Wind down in the living areas and enjoy some great conversation or stream your favorite shows on the super-fast wifi. Retire to the bedrooms for an amazing night's sleep on sleep number beds. Find your sleep number and experience an amazing rest.

The spacious screened outdoor patio with a heated pool and hot tub is a true oasis with privacy and beautiful golf course views. It features relaxing recliners, a comfortable seating area, a fire pit, and a large dining table and is completed by a professional gas grill. Don’t forget the color-changing pool cage lights to set the mood. Challenge each other to a friendly game of pool basketball if you like. When you're done in the pool take a bike ride on our two adult bikes with helmets provided.

A private master suite on the west end of the home features a king bed with a sleep number mattress and comfy bedding for that quiet heavenly sleep you’ve been needing. All other bedrooms feature sleep number mattresses and super comfy bedding as well. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the east side of the home and share a bathroom.

Lounge on the large sectional in the comfortable living room with a 75-inch tv with cable and streaming services. Converse in the sitting room with a couch and two comfy chairs overlooking the pool and golf course. The home is equipped with high-speed internet. Listen to your favorite tunes on the home music system controlled by Sonos that you can access from your smartphone.

Cooking and Eating:
The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with quartz countertops, and new appliances and is ready for any chef to serve a fine meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and appliances you’d expect to find at home including a crock pot, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, etc…... Eat in the breakfast nook overlooking the pool in the kitchen or at the kitchen island. The dining room seats 8 people comfortably.

Extra Items to Take to the Beach:
In the garage, you’ll find a cooler, 4 adult beach chairs, 2 kids' beach chairs, a beach umbrella, some frisbees, and two sets of sand toys.

Guest Access:
Our house is equipped with a keyless entry system. You will receive a personal door code the day of your arrival and that code will be functional from check-in to check-out time.
Please note that we do not allow any person not part of your booked group on the property unless prior approval by the owner.

Other Things to Note:
Please do not book this home if you intend to throw a party.

We want you to be comfortable and have fun, but please be courteous to the neighbors as the property is in a residential community with an HOA regulating short-term rentals/parties. Quiet time is 9 pm daily. No parties allowed! Only two cars are allowed in the driveway at any time and no trailer parking. Cameras monitor the property in the front of the home and on both sides. If there is a sign of a party, the cameras tampered with, or we receive a noise complaint you will be asked to leave and we will take appropriate action with Airbnb.

Pool: Pool gets cleaned on Tuesday's and the pool guy will need to enter the lanai area to service the pool. There is no gate/fence for the pool so it is your responsibility to make sure that swimming is done safely. You take all liability and responsibility for you and your guests use of the pool.

Location:
This luxurious retreat is ideally located and close to Naples’ famous and breathtaking sandy beaches and its beautiful shopping and dining experiences as well as galleries and theaters. The Naples Pier (18 min) Naples Zoo (17 min) and Freedom Park (17 min) are close by for you to explore the Florida wildlife. The Everglades and Marco Island are also only a short drive away.
