LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Beaches surrounding our home:
ST JOE BEACH: 6-8 minute bike ride to the end of our street OR 3-5 minute golf cart ride (or 1-2 minute car ride) where you can use the boardwalk to access the beach paths
WINDMARK BEACH: 5 minute car ride- beach with nearby amenities
MEXICO BEACH- 10 minute car ride- beach with nearby amenities
CAPE SAN BLAS- 30 minute car ride- try the state park at the end of the cape too!

BEACH & OUTDOOR SUPPLIES: boogie boards, utility wagon, 5 beach chairs, sand toys, & beach towels . 5 bikes ( 4 adult/teen, 1 youth)
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Downtown Village Center (community center for our addition): Zero entry pool with ocean view, boardwalks, Gym (for a fee), restaurants, wine shop, beach rental equipment store, & more. Please note that community pool closures are not within our control and not do result in a refund.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Property has Ring Doorbell and Ring camera facing away from the home. Our home is located in a new up and coming development with incredible amenities.During business hours there may be construction vehicles and some construction noises at the end of our block before you reach our home in the finished part of the subdivision.
Parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway (not on the street per HOA rules and not in garage due to all of our amenities).

You can walk, bike, or drive to the ocean. Parking is available at/near the boardwalk entrances and community pool. Private and public beach access available.
Community Pools: one is about a 30 sec car ride, the other is about a 5 min. Please note that community pool closures are not within our control and not do result in a refund.

You can walk, bike, or drive to the ocean. Parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway (no street parking per HOA rules or garage parking due to all of the amenities we offer).
Dogs:
Dogs are allowed, but must follow the expectations in our listing 
1 dog maximum (less than 55 lbs) / make sure that dog is included on reservation and pet fee is paid on the booking platform
As per our listing, dogs must be kenneled when you are gone
No pets on the furniture (including beds)
Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside (HOA & all beach rules)
Pick up doggie poo each time and dispose in outside trash cart.

No parties or events
No outside visitors or overnight guest without prior approval from you host
No illegal activities anywhere on the property
