Discover a beach lover's paradise at Seascape Towers 221, ideally situated in a serene section of New Smyrna Beach. This spacious, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is the ultimate oceanfront retreat, with a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower and plenty of room for relaxation. Step out onto the expansive wrap-around balcony, which faces northeast, offering sweeping views and glimpses of the ocean to the east. Just steps from the sandy shore, you'll enjoy the nearby attractions.





This property is managed by Laferias Beachfront Properties LLC which is a small family owned local management company. We are typically available by phone , text or email 7 days per week between 8am to 9pm.

Flagler avenue is a short distance, famous in the surrounding area for numerous restaurants, tiki bars, live music, fine wines , shopping etc. Kennedy Space center tourist attraction is only a 45 minute drive or visit Disney for the day which is only a 70-80 minute drive. You can enjoy a NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway which is only a 25 minute drive. The frequent rocket launches can be observed from the beach without driving anywhere.

Please park outside on the first floor or on the asphalt level outside the garage. There is no assigned parking and there will be a parking pass in the unit. Please display the parking pass at all times. Call building answering service through the gate keypad intercom to talk with service who can let you in if problem with gate code .
The unit has an electronic smart lock that allows for self check-in. The code will be provided through email or messaging after completing your reservation.

This beautiful beachfront condominium has a large, freshly decorated living room with a wrap around balcony with a view of the Atlantic ocean. Two of the guest bedrooms share a large balcony with one having a Queen bed and private bathroom and the other is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed and full bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private balcony and bathroom.


The neighborhood is easy to get around by car, bicycle, motorcycle or maybe just get an Uber ride.

This was a great place to stay in New Smyrna. The check-in process was so easy and the host had great communication. The views from the balcony are great and the pool is well maintained. I would highly recommend.

It was a beautiful condo, we had some Issues with the kitchen pipe, it was taken care fast and the same day. The shower drain In the master bathroom was clogged as well, we used a plunger and got the water to drain. Over all it was nice condo, clean, bed were confortable. We would stay there again. Only has one elevator working.

The place was very nice and we love New Smyrna. Mark was attentive and made sure he answered all our questions. Parking could have been an issue and like many places in New Smyrna, parking is limited. Make sure you prepare for that! The air conditioner was regulated, it turned out fine but we would have liked to have known that in advance. The condo was very spacious, well stocked and had very inviting. We would definitely go back!

Very clean and comfortable condo with an amazing view.It was stocked with everything you need for your beach stay. Beach toys and towels were provided.Multiple balconies with sliding glass doors for relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked.Very easy check in and out and instructions were provided. Both digitally and in print.Host always responded immediately to questions even into the evening.Thanks for letting us use the condo!Pat

Great condo on no drive beach

We have been staying at Seascape Towers for over 20 years. We love the no drive uncrowded beach. This condo is perfect for a large group. No issues with parking, we had a remote for the underground lot and an extra parking pass to park additional car outside. Communication was great from the Owner/Mgt Group. The keypad on the door to the condo had a battery issue during our stay. We made one call and Mark was there within an hour to fix the issue. Nice to have someone close by when the inevitable issue comes up. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again!

Large condo

It’s very nice and large for a big family. We only had 5. Everything is clean. The only thing is the note on the table about the neighbors down stairs and making noise, we had no little kids but we still did not want to make noise or do anything to be disrespectful. The view is beautiful and parking was nice inside. Getting out and opening the gate was a pain. Remotes would of been nice. I would book it again if we had a bunch of people.

Only 1 shower for 8 people!!

We had a good time & enjoyed the property but it could have been better. There were 8 of us & one of the showers had no pressure, not enough to wash your hair & rinse it. Manager actually came out when we were at dinner & he said it was fine. He said owner wasn't going to approve doing anything about it. So 8 of us had to get by with one shower. I would not use that property manager again.

We always appreciate constructive feedback to improve the guest experience. Upon getting your message I immediately drove over to the property to see how I could help. After running both bathroom showers, I found everything working as designed. It’s possible that you are used to extra strong water pressure at home and by comparison the guest bathroom shower did not meet your expectations. For others reading this, no past guest has voiced any issue with the bathrooms that have high end decor and faucets. The other positive reviews of this property and the management company’s reputation speaks for itself. We wish you well and hope you can find other vacation properties that meet your demanding expectations.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable unit. The bedrooms are large with firm, but comfortable, king beds in two of the bedrooms and a double/single bunk and a separate single in the third bedroom. The bedroom curtains kept the rooms dark for sleeping.The bedroom balconies face the street, although you can see the ocean if you angle your chair. This was not a concern as the main balcony has ocean views.The family/dining room was large, with ocean views. The couches are very large sectionals which allowed My family of four (two 7 yr old twins) to comfortably stretch out with plenty of room to watch movies. The kitchen is small, but efficient, and the sperate were bar was appreciated.The balcony off the family room looks out across a portion of an unused parking lot toward the ocean and the neighboring property's pool. My family rated the actual condo unit as a solid 9/10 for comfort, convenience, and livability.The pool area is below grade and separated from ocean views by the sun deck overlooking the ocean. While not having a view of the ocean from the pool is a negative, it is also a positive as the ocean wind is blocked from reaching the pool area. The pool heater was inoperable during our stay, but the hot tub was lovely. Both the pool and hot tub were very clean. This is a very large and comfortable unit in an older building. I would rent it again.
