Set in a quiet Tahoe Vista neighborhood, the home combines a true forest setting with a recently remodeled interior, high-end finishes, generous gathering spaces, and filtered views of Lake Tahoe.



The main living area is the heart of the home, with soaring ceilings, comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large windows that bring the surrounding forest indoors. Sonos and surround sound provide an elevated audio experience, while the Smart TV and Chromecast make it easy to settle in for a movie or game night.



The kitchen was designed for people who actually want to cook while they're here. It features professional-grade appliances, generous counter space, quality cookware and everything needed to prepare anything from breakfast before a hike to a full holiday dinner. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula.



Step outside onto the expansive deck and you'll find one of the home's defining features: a large private hot tub surrounded by Tahoe pines. There's plenty of room for outdoor dining and lounging, while the elevated setting provides filtered views through the trees. The huge backyard gives kids additional room to play and makes the home feel exceptionally private.

Fresh, professionally laundered towels are provided for every stay, along with spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and other essential toiletries.

Beds are made using our hot iron-pressed sheets and 3-sheet bedding technique for a consistently fresh, comfortable stay.



Families will appreciate the dedicated bunk room, high chair, Pack-n-Play, children's dinnerware, and white noise machine, along with the home's spacious layout, large backyard, Smart TVs, board games, and hot tub. Getting Around:

The Tahoe Treehouse is best accessed by car, allowing you the flexibility to explore the beautiful surrounding mountains and lake towns at your own pace. For those driving electric vehicles, we provide a Juicebox Enel X charger directly on the property for your convenience. You will have access to a two car garage and additional driveway parking, with a maximum of three vehicles allowed. Please note that parking on the road is strictly prohibited. While public transportation options in the Tahoe area are limited, ride sharing services are available. The property is located approximately sixty miles from Reno Tahoe International Airport, which is the closest major transit hub.
