Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and everything needed to prepare a holiday feast! A large island separates it and the great room, making the space perfect for gathering and entertaining.



The dining table with seating for 8 (with extra seating at the island) is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal.



BEDROOMS:

4 total bedrooms, including a master suite:



Bedroom 1 (Upper / Main Level): Master suite with a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity



Bedroom 2 (Upper / Main Level): Queen bedroom, 48" OLED Smart TV



Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Eastern king bed with dresser, 50" LED Smart TV



Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Full over full and a twin over twin bunk bed set



Downstairs living room: TV, Nintendo Switch, wet bar, arcade game, queen sized sofa bed

3 full bathrooms, with the master en suite (double vanity, large glass shower, large stand alone soaking tub) and a hallway bath on the upper level, and another full bathroom with a double vanity and tub / shower combo on the lower level

The Neighborhood:

What I love about this neighborhood is it's tucked away but within a 10 minute drive to town. Near the Armstrong Trail connector, with access to Freel Peak, the Tahoe RIM Trail, and hundreds of miles of hiking, biking, snowshoe trails. Also, the home is close to the end of Pioneer Trail, with easier access to hwy 50 and other routes out of town during busy traffic periods.



Getting Around:

Having a car is helpful, but there is Uber, Lyft, and local Taxi's around.
