Discover Echo Mountain View Lodge - a spacious mountain retreat tucked in a quiet South Lake Tahoe neighborhood, just steps from hundreds of miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking trails. This newer multi-level lodge offers 3 king bedrooms, a queen room, a bunk room, private hot tub, game loft with arcade and foosball, multiple fireplaces, smart TVs, and a fully fenced backyard designed for gathering and relaxing year-round.



The Space:

Echo View features three levels of living space, giving groups room to spread out while still coming together for meals and time around the fire. The great room sets the tone with:

* Vaulted ceilings

* A dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace

* Cozy seating for conversation or movie nights

* Large windows showcasing mountain views



Kids and adults can enjoy separate spaces when needed — with TVs, lounge areas, and gathering spaces on multiple levels, plus an upstairs loft that doubles as a game room.

*Note, the play structure in the backyard is currently not available, until replaced or repaired.

The gourmet kitchen is designed for cooking together and hosting memorable meals. It features a gas range, two ovens, a large center island, and plenty of prep and storage space. The dining table expands to comfortably seat large groups, making holiday meals and family gatherings easy.



- Fun & Entertainment -

Echo View makes staying in just as fun as going out.



Kids (and kids at heart) will love the loft game room (requires using a spiral staircase), which includes an arcade game, foosball, Xbox system, toys, and hangout space. Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms include smart TVs — ideal for family movies, sports, or relaxed evenings after a day on the trails or slopes.



High-speed WiFi and cable are available throughout the home, making work, streaming, and entertainment simple.



- Outdoor Living -

Step outside and enjoy Tahoe’s natural beauty from the privacy of your own space. The expansive back deck includes seasonal seating and a dining area, along with a grill for outdoor meals under the pines. A second BBQ is located on the covered lower patio for year-round cooking.



The fully fenced backyard is great for families with dogs or young children. After a day of hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or exploring the lake, relax in the newer private hot tub beneath the stars.



With hundreds of miles of hiking and snowshoe trails beginning just steps from the front door, outdoor adventure couldn’t be easier.

Queen bed, smart TV.



Bedroom 5 – Downstairs

Full-over-full bunk bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed — perfect for children or groups.



Loft – Third Level

Full-size futon and lounge space.



Home sleeps 10 guests, plus additional children 5 and under.

- Family-Friendly Hospitality -

Echo View Lodge was designed with multi-family and group stays in mind. Adults appreciate the spacious king suites and multiple gathering areas, kids love the bunk room and loft games, and everyone values the comfort and thoughtful touches throughout. The home and hot tub are professionally cleaned before every stay. If something isn’t right, we fix it — your comfort is our priority.



We’ve created this space to make Tahoe trips easy, memorable, and relaxed — and we’re excited for your group to build lasting mountain memories here.



Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin during your stay, including the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, five comfortable bedrooms, and three bathrooms. You are also welcome to enjoy our private outdoor spaces, which feature a relaxing hot tub, a garden, and a patio area perfect for outdoor seating. Please note that one owner closet remains locked and is not accessible, but all other areas of the home are.



The Neighborhood:

EchoView Lodge is located in a quiet South Lake Tahoe neighborhood that balances mountain seclusion with easy access to adventure. You are steps away from trails for hiking, biking, and snowshoeing. While peaceful, the lodge is close to the action. Heavenly Village, local casinos, and the shores of Lake Tahoe are a short drive away. Whether you want to enjoy world class skiing at Sierra at Tahoe or simply relax in the forest, this location is the ideal base for your mountain getaway.



Getting Around:

Our cabin is conveniently located for your mountain adventures with Heavenly Village and the local casinos just nine miles away. You can reach the slopes at Sierra at Tahoe in approximately eleven miles or enjoy the beautiful lakefront just six miles from your door. The property offers excellent access to major routes allowing you to bypass Pioneer Trail and connect directly to Highway 50 for easier travel in and out of town. Please note that we provide free parking on the premises for up to four vehicles in the driveway as street parking is strictly prohibited by local ordinances.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

*Dogs are welcome, with permission and pet fee

*We do not have air conditioning in the home. Most homes in Tahoe still don't, as it's usually not needed with the cooler days and nights we have. We do have extra fans in the closet if needed.

*We can have 5 additional children 5 years old and younger stay, in addition to the 10 guests we're allowed

*There is a spiral staircase going up to the game room loft (see listing photos and we're here if you have any questions about it).
