This newer multi-level lodge offers 3 king bedrooms, a queen room, a bunk room, private hot tub, game loft with arcade and foosball, multiple fireplaces, smart TVs, and a fully fenced backyard designed for gathering and relaxing year-round.

Eco View features three levels of living space, giving groups room to spread out while still coming together for meals and time around the fire. The great room sets the tone with:

* A dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace
* Cozy seating for conversation or movie nights
* Large windows showcasing mountain views

Kids and adults can enjoy separate spaces when needed — with TVs, lounge areas, and gathering spaces on multiple levels, plus an upstairs loft that doubles as a game room.

The gourmet kitchen is designed for cooking together and hosting memorable meals. It features a gas range, two ovens, a large center island, and plenty of prep and storage space. The dining table expands to comfortably seat large groups, making holiday meals and family gatherings easy.

Fun & Entertainment
Eco View makes staying in just as fun as going out.

Kids (and kids at heart) will love the loft game room, which includes an arcade game, foosball, Xbox system, toys, and hangout space. Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms include smart TVs — ideal for family movies, sports, or relaxed evenings after a day on the trails or slopes.

High-speed WiFi and cable are available throughout the home, making work, streaming, and entertainment simple.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy Tahoe’s natural beauty from the privacy of your own space. The expansive back deck includes seasonal seating and a dining area, along with a grill for outdoor meals under the pines. A second BBQ is located on the covered lower patio for year-round cooking.

The fully fenced backyard is great for families with dogs or young children, and kids will especially love the play structure. After a day of hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or exploring the lake, relax in the newer private hot tub beneath the stars.

With hundreds of miles of hiking and snowshoe trails beginning just steps from the front door, outdoor adventure couldn’t be easier.

Guest & Parking Limits
* Maximum of 10 guests, plus additional children under 6 years old.
* Up to 4 dogs allowed (with approval & pet fee)
* Maximum of 4 vehicles — all must be parked in the driveway (no street parking per County ordinance)

Noise & Respect
* Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM (strictly enforced by the County)
* Hot tub hours: 8AM – 10PM (strictly enforced by the County)
* No parties, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or similar large events
* This is a family-friendly neighborhood — responsible groups welcome
* Fines or evictions possible for violating the local ordinances or house rules

Trash & Wildlife
* South Lake Tahoe is bear country! Please secure all trash in the on-site bear box.

Age & Booking Requirements
* Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay
* No third-party or minor bookings
