We appreciate you sharing your suggestions. Our cabin is located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, where gravel roads are very common. We’ve personally driven this route for over four years in our Toyota Camry without any issues, but we always recommend that guests drive carefully and be prepared for typical mountain roads, especially after heavy rain when potholes can occasionally develop. We also notify guests a few days before arrival that the cabin uses well water, which is perfectly safe for bathing and cooking. Some guests simply prefer the taste of bottled water for drinking, so we like to give everyone a heads-up in advance. Thank you as well for your comments about the exterior. We are continuously making improvements to keep the property looking its best and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the positives, we’re glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting, comfortable beds, and outdoor space. And yes, a bear walking through the yard is definitely a unique experience you don’t get everywhere! 🐻 Honestly, after a front-row wildlife show like that, I almost expected a 6-star review ⭐️ not every guest gets that kind of bonus! We appreciate your suggestions and will take a look at a few of the items mentioned. We typically provide two washcloths per bed, but I’ll follow up with our cleaning team to make sure everything was properly stocked for your stay. I’ll also double-check with them regarding the A/C units, as they are cleaned and serviced regularly. That said, we do find it a bit surprising that a stay described as comfortable, well-equipped, and with “exceptional communication” resulted in a 3-star rating. Our goal is always to provide a true 5-star experience, and we’re always refining the details to get there.
