There is something special about a bright, clean, inviting home that doesn't carry the typical weight and burdens that we can carry on our shoulders day to day. Which is why you will instantly be able to unwind when you walk in the front door and see a wall of floor to ceiling windows that give you a perfect view of the water as soon as you walk in. Of course, our large covered deck that's just off the house, or the tanning deck that is just below, give you an even closer look at the beautiful view. A large dining table is just between the updated kitchen and living room so there is space for everyone to eat or visit while enjoying the lake. A spacious bunk room is available for larger groups as well as two beautiful bedrooms- both with king sized beds. We love our family lake house and are delighted to share it with you. A few things to note:
*Our boat ramp is for personal use only; however, we have room at the house for you to park a boat, and we have a few options of boat ramps nearby.
* The water level is great for swimming, but diving off of the deck is never allowed due to safety. PLEASE inquire about current water levels if bringing a boat is important to you.
* No parties or other guests not included in the original booking number without prior approval. However, day visitors (up to 4 guests) are allowed. If there is excessive cleaning or trash left, guests will receive an additional charge.
*Please be aware that there is an additional fee for each guest over 6 guests as well as a pet fee. Please inquire if you need more details about our fees.
