Great property. The courtyard and hot tub area made our trip. Our group loved hanging out at the house. Very accessible to the main strip with lots of shops and restaurants. We had a great time!

Fresh and comfortable home base for our busy family

The private courtyard was a peaceful extra room to enjoy grilling and sitting out with the stars. People came and went and the extra sleeper sofas came in handy! PenFed was responsive to issues.

Hot tub was the star of the show - as were the living rooms. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. It was super quiet yet very, very close to the main drag (we joked that the house is 376 ft from Dogfish Head - but to walk - it’s only a little longer to stay on the sidewalks). Would stay again!

Another Relaxing Enjoyable Week at Rehoboth

Reviewer Comments: The perfect size and layout former family.Friendly helpful staff each of the six times we've stayed here.The few maintenance items we noted last year were all corrected/upgraded! Kudos for that attention to detail.I'd love to see a bit of colorful landscaping and removal of some of the unsightly vines and other random, quite large vegetation. A minor quibble I know, but there's been no change since we started using the property.Some of the younger set were disappointed to see the hammock gone, and no replacement.

Rehobeth House Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a nice stay. For the price, we all felt there could be some upgrades for this house. The outdoor space is great. It is unfortunate that there really isn't any comfortable seating out there. The current furniture seems to be older and worn down. I would have loved to sit outside in the morning with my coffee, but unfortunately there is just not any comfortable seating out there. The pillows seemed like they haven't been replaced for a long time. The downstairs was cold- maybe we missed it but there didn't seem to be a place to change the temperature in the basement. One of the tubs still had sand in it- like it wasn't cleaned well. It is a nice location- walkable for most people to the boardwalk. Not sure if you would want to lug beach stuff that far though. The management company responded very quickly when we had an issue with some water coming into one of the bedrooms after a storm, which we appreciated. Overall, we would stay again depending on the price of the weekend.

Relaxing family stay

Our third year here. The property meets our current family situatio very well. Spacious family room, and an entire lower level for the 3 grandkids and their parents. We've already put a tentative hold on 2024.

228 Country Club Dr Rehoboth Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this Rehoboth Beach home with our entire family, including our 21⁄2-year-old granddaughter. The house was the perfect size for our group and was very comfortable throughout our stay. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed having the space to play and relax, and we loved seeing her have such a great time.The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The home was also clean, welcoming, and felt like a great fit for a family vacation.One minor negative was the air conditioning. The main living area was generally a little too warm, while lowering the temperature enough to make that space comfortable caused the bedrooms to become quite cold. It wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of.The house is about a mile from the beach, which was very manageable. The two parking passes were a huge bonus, as they allowed us to drive to the beach and park nearby rather than having to walk the entire distance, especially with a young child.Overall, we had a great family vacation and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Amazing house in great location

We had a group of friends looking for a long weekend getaway to Rehoboth in the winter. This house checked all of the boxes that we were looking for and didn’t disappoint. It was in a great location, had plenty of room for our group of 9 and had a hot tub which we were hoping to use in the winter. We all loved the architecture of the house and how bright and open it felt. The location was is very close to great restaurants, bars and shops. We definitely hope to stay again when we are in town and highly recommend this house to anyone!

Great Rehoboth Stay

We stayed at this property during Labor Day. The property was very clean, modern (compared to some other places I’ve stayed in rehoboth) and the hot tub was wonderful. We had very few issues with the property and would definitely recommend that you stay here. The cons (minimal) are listed below. Cons: No pets allowed Grill was out of gas Dishwasher soap dispenses wouldn’t open so we had to hand wash dishes These complaints were minimal and did not negatively affect our stay. This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in Rehoboth.

Relaxing in Rehoboth

We rented this property for a Spring getaway in Rehoboth. The property was accurately described in the listing, and we had an enjoyable few days relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, but still convenient to the main street (there is a hidden shortcut...look for the welcome binder!). It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but not hard on flat roads and pavement. The check-in process was a bit much...there were phone calls to verify details that could have been handled in email, and we had to stop by the realty office to get the keys, which turned out to be a code that could've been delivered electronically. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed Rehoboth a lot.

Roomy house, nice neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sleep for 10 people with some room to spare. Kitchen well equiped for preparing food. Small grill outside. Hot tub used by some. About a 15 min hike to less crowded beach off Rodney. Easy key pickup and drop off. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to crowded Rehoboth Ave where stores, food, and weekly market opens. Suggest reservations well in advance to get into certain restaurants.

From the description I was unaware that 2 bedrooms were in a basement. House needed some attention to cleanliness. One shower curtain had mold, coffee grinds were left in coffee pot from last guest ans it too had mold. Having to pay $300 cleaning fee I expected it to be cleaner. Also no railings on steps inside the house, best for younger folks.
