THE MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps 4)

Welcome to the heart of the home, flooded with natural light and framed by lush views of the front yard. Original cypress wood ceilings and tasteful decor create a cozy ambiance. DINING AREA

A charming table and chair set for four offers a cozy dining spot conveniently situated between the living room and kitchen, allowing for seamless access and service from the kitchen counter. Adjacent to the table set, you'll find a compact bar area stocked with cocktail bar utensils, an ice bucket, and an array of glassware, perfect for mixing up your favorite drinks.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy your hungry crew's cravings. From pots and pans to utensils, bowls, and platters, it has everything you need. You'll also find a Ninja juice blender, toaster, stainless steel fridge and freezer with an ice maker, and an electric stainless steel stove and oven. Choose between a Keurig and filter coffee maker to brew your perfect cup. Plus, there's a dinner service for 8 guests, perfect for indoor and outdoor dining alike.

THE OUTDOOR OASIS

This space is truly special. A sparkling blue pool, available for heating upon request (additional fee may apply), awaits your enjoyment. Safety pool fencing is available upon prior request. Enjoy lounging under the twinkling string lights on the trellis-covered deck, with two inviting loungers and a spacious outdoor dining area for 10. Direct access from the kitchen and primary bedroom enhances convenience, while the covered patio offers comfortable seating and refreshing ceiling fans. Lush tropical plants and palms line the backyard, creating a tranquil oasis you may never want to leave!

THE GUEST HOUSE (Sleeps 1-2)

Tucked away at the rear of the main house, the guest house offers its own private entrance for added privacy. Inside, you'll find a cozy queen bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. A convenient laundry area, complete with a washer and dryer, adds practicality to your stay. The en-suite bathroom boasts a stylish royal blue vanity and a brand-new step-in shower. For storage, there's a dresser and hanging rack, ensuring your belongings stay organized. Entertainment and convenience are at your fingertips with a smart streaming TV, while a dressing table and chair serve as versatile work or study space. Additionally, a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker cater to your refreshment needs.

PARKING:

There is parking for four cars in the driveway. Two cars in front of the gate and another two within the side gates

LAUNDRY CLOSET & SUPPLIES

The laundry area is in the guest house. There is a stacked washer and dryer and all the soaps and detergents you need. We also provide a broom, stick vacuum, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioners for the whole house and the guest house.


Things to Note:

Must be 25 or older to book.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

NO SMOKING in the house.

We do have a pool fence that we can put up by prior request for the pool. Please note there is no alarm on the doors and there have been no other child-proof provisions made at the home. Please watch small children and infants and please no running throughout the house. Thank you!
