We sincerely regret that you left your stay feeling this way, as we strive to ensure every guest feels welcomed, respected, and comfortable throughout their visit. We take allegations of discrimination very seriously and conducted an internal review of the circumstances you described. Our investigation did not uncover evidence supporting the allegations, and we would also like to clarify that there are no neighboring residences immediately to the right of the home. Furthermore, the individual referenced in your review has no affiliation with our company or management team. While we cannot speak to the alleged actions or statements of individuals outside our organization, we can assure you that our team did not engage in or condone any discriminatory behavior. We remain committed to providing fair, respectful, and professional hospitality to every guest, regardless of background. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback! We're delighted that the home's spacious layout worked so well for your family and provided plenty of room to comfortably spend time with your local relatives. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our team's prompt communication and responsiveness. We sincerely apologize for the unwanted pest activity you encountered in the kitchen. While occasional insects can be a challenge in South Florida's tropical climate, we understand how unpleasant this can be and take cleanliness and pest prevention very seriously. We're pleased to confirm that our team has since thoroughly inspected the home, and as of October 2026, no further pest activity has been identified. Our follow up inspections have found no evidence of an ongoing issue, and we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. We also appreciate your feedback regarding airflow in the larger family room and the need for additional fans, particularly during the warmer afternoon hours. Your suggestions are valuable as we continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience. We're glad the home accommodated your family's needs overall, and we hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back for an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay!
