Soak up the sun and coastal charm at Casa Cobia, a roomy 4-bedroom, 4-bath beach house just a block from the Gulf. With space for up to 12 guests, this comfortable retreat is perfect for family gatherings or beach trips with friends.

Killer property and close to everything

If you want a huge house for an affordable price, that’s close to everything including the beach and golf carts and restaurants and boat rental and beachfront bar restaurant. This is the place.!

Awesome House Super Close to the Beach

This place was great! The host was very responsive and helpful, and the house is just a very quick walk to the beach! The pool was a fun addition, and the house is very spacious and clean. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Spacious, Clean, Great location!

We had a great stay! The one issue we did have was addressed almost immediately. The property is clean, spacious and well-kept. We enjoyed the rooftop deck with the view of the ocean.

Loved it

Location was awesome. The house was exactly as the pictures an as described. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very short walk to the beach like less than 2 mins. Decorated beautifully. Absolutely loved out friendscation trip.

Loved it

Felt like it was a perfect location. The beach is closer then it seems in the pictures. Had 10 family members there and felt like we had plenty of room. Seems like your 5-15 minute drive from everything. Highly recommend this house!

Casa Cobia was awesome

This was a last minute booking for our group. Morgan was super with her communications and helping out when we needed. Casa Cobia was perfectly located for us. Very short walk to the public access for the beach. And situated in an area with no high rises too close to us. We were able to setup at the beach and never felt over crowded. Evenings were wonderful as well. Found a little karaoke bar just over a block away (Alibi) that was a blast and has a great burger. A little longer walk there were tons of other night-life options - bars & restaurants. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us! The space is beautiful and the access to the beach is hard to beat. We also appreciated that since the house is in a slightly more residential area, the beaches weren't nearly as crowded as those in front of the larger resorts and complexes. The house itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation (including very comfortable beds!). Property management is helpful and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their local recommendations for dining and activities were spot-on as well. If you're looking for the perfect beach retreat, look no further. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this little slice of paradise. Highly recommend!

Listed outdated photos of the property

The pictures that are posted online must be very old. The house was not horrible it just wasn't what was shown. The icemaker and water on the fridge didn't work. The appliances need updating. The pool was extremely tiny and not clean or heated. Some of the closets were locked, no place to hang clothes. We made the best of it.

Vacaciones

Everything was excellent the only issues we've had was the dryer didn't want to dry our clothes. There were to many ants outside and at some point manage to get inside, as well as the door struggle to locked. But overall everything else was perfectly fine.

LOVELY EXPERIENCE, HANDS DOWN

We had a gorgeous vacation at this property. Spacious, comfortable, and literally a 1-minute walk to the beach with easy access. This property has everything you could need to vacation. It didn't take us long to settle in and feel right at home. There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and comfy blankets/pillows. We were traveling with a toddler, so it was a plus that there were even coloring books and toys for her. The pool felt amazing after a day at the beach as well. The location of the property itself is close to everything (within a 10-minute drive of all of PCB's most popular attractions), but it's also far away enough from the busiest spots so the beach wasn't so crowded. This house could sleep multiple people comfortably. It was a plus that there were 4 full bathrooms. The smart TVs allowed us to watch whatever we wanted with our streaming accounts. We will be staying again in the future. Don't think twice about booking. Probably made our vacation one of the best we've ever had.

Fantastic home!

This property had everything we needed and more! It was clean, well-kept, and stocked with amenities! The beds were super comfortable, and the linens and pillow options were great for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook and entertain for our stay. We enjoyed spending time together cooking. The bathroom in the Master was just wonderful, and the hot water and water pressure were limitless! We loved the breathtaking views of our balconies, and the beach was Soooo perfectly close by! We loved having the option of getting in the dip pool too. That was a great little feature of the home. Overall, this was a great location and property, and we'd highly recommend it for a large or small group. It was perfect for us! (6 adults or 3 couples, all over 35+, no kids or pets, in town from Wed. April 27 to Sunday, May 1st for Spring Thunder Beach 2022) My ONLY complaints are the management who never returned my calls, and the wash machine was broken, the ice maker is a little wonky, and the lights for the stove/microwave were broken too. Otherwise, Incredible Property!!! :)
