The house was clean and is perfect for large groups. The host is very responsive to any issues and they were very accommodating. The kitchen was very big for all 10 of us.The pool was a perfect size for soaking in after a long day of activities.

The upstairs bedroom needs better curtains or blinds or something. The golf cart business across the street has a bright flashing light that is very annoying.

Family vacay

The host was very easy to work with and communication was great-very quick to respond to my questions. Good, central location to restaurants and stores and easy beach access.

Fun spring break!

Group of 15 of us traveled here for college spring break. Had so much fun! Plenty of room and newly renovated. We enjoyed the pool and heated it for a few days since it was a little chilly. 2 min walk to the beach. Went out for dinner a few times and walked everywhere! Lots of good food and coffee around. We had a really great time and would definitely stay again.

Best Family Gathering

This home is lovely and spacious. It is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. We had some minor issues that the staff addressed immediately and graciously. Loved our stay and will try to do it again. We came from 4 different states so it was wonderful to be together in such a warm and inviting place

Spring Break Trip

Our group stayed at this property upon getting permission from the owner for a spring break trip. When we arrived, the property was very clean with clear instructions provided to us about check-in/check-out. Throughout our stay Ben’s Beach Homes was quick to respond to any of our questions. Our stay was hospital, cleanly, and all of our members thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this property!

This really is a beautiful and spacious home. It was nice and clean upon arrival. We had an issue with a toilet only once. I called and someone was there from maintenance within 30 minutes or so. Very prompt and courteous. It is a very short walk to the beach. We had a blast and will definitely rent from them again.

Great stay & great location!

Beautiful home…very short walk to the beach and equipped with everything we needed! We loved having the private pool and a great added bonus was the alarm on the back door to the pool since we had 3 little ones in our party. I only gave 4 stars on the cleanliness simply because the floors weren’t very clean. Other than that the owners were very responsive when needed and we had a great stay!

Excellent location, great kitchen

I loved being only 1 short block from the beach, a short bike ride to a great coffee shop & seafood market & liquor store. The kitchen was the best asset, it was well appointed and quite large. Nice, but small pool in the back w/ a sectional and BBQ grill. (we never used, it was too cool) There is road noise, but it never bothered us. Great surrounding neighborhood to walk our dog, safe and clean.

Place was Awesome

Very Clean. Everything was almost brand new. Lots of kitchen items. Bedrooms were not big but plenty of room for two and luggage. The master suite was amazing. The pool wasn't large but we were there for the restaurants, beaches and entertainment. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area was great. Enjoyed just sitting on the front porch and hanging with friends and family. Will definetly consider this place again.

Large and close to the beach

Ben can't do anything about the road noise, but the house was great! Close to the beach, nice small pool, nicely appointed. The only negative I have is the shower floors were not that clean. We went to Dollar General and got a spray bottle of Comet with bleach and sprayed. Could have used some scrubbing but it mostly came clean. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice property but a few things to be aware of

Great access to a very nice beach. Next to a busy street with road noise at night Pool is very small but nice. The floors were not clean. Didn’t wear shoes in the house and the bottom of our white socks were black from the floor day one. It was nice to have bunk beds but they were in the common area and had to go through to get to the other upstairs bedrooms.

Summer vacation

The house was nice with a small pool that was really enjoyable, and we fit perfectly. The location was within walking distance to the beach, which was also great. The communication with the property manager was excellent; he responded immediately and resolved a minor issue we had, which we really appreciated. The groceries stores were close by, and there were restaurants and places to visit nearby. The only aspect we didn’t like was the cleaning of the showers and the grill outside. I'm sure this can be improved. Other than that, everything was good. We enjoyed our time in the house, especially at the beach. It was a pleasure to experience. Thank you!

Lovely Home in a Great Location

This home was perfect for our annual friend trip with plenty of bedrooms and convenient walking access to the beach and local activities. This was big for us since we had only one vehicle due to many of us flying. We did arrive about 45 minutes before check in and had to wait until check in time since we all took Ubers from the airport, but that is understandable. Sandy beach homes take a while to clean! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice and spacious. We did wish more basic supplies were included(such as coffee, spare paper towels, and toilet paper), but this may have been due to our early arrival. The cleaning crew was nice enough to let us go upstairs while they finished below so we didn't have to stay outside in the sun. Quick communication was provided by the host, but we didn't have specific check out instructions on our departure day. Overall, it was a great place to stay. A beautiful home very close to the beach. It was perfect for our large group.

Great Location, Near Beach

This house worked well for our family that ranged from 2-82 years old. The upstairs bedroom arrangement is excellent because each family had bedrooms/bathroom comb to themselves. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my in-laws. We cooked every meal. The pots and pans are not the quality of mine (cheap, but sufficient), so I would recommend to bring your own favorite skillet, soup pot, etc if you plan to cook and are driving/can fit it in your car. There was sufficient utensils, mixer, bender, crockpot, etc. There are no spices, not even salt and pepper. I have been to many houses where past visitors have left spices, four, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, etc. None in this house. No beach equipment. I have stayed at many houses where past visitors have left chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, etc. If driving, throw in your own. The pictures show a hot tub. There is not a hot tub. I messaged to inquire about this before arrival, so I was not surprised, but some people might be. There is a VeRy. SmAlL. PoOl!! The pool gets very little sun because it is positioned tightly between the house and the fence. The water was very cold even though it was in the mid 80's several days before we arrived. Heating is a steep price!! $60/day according to management. We brought our dog and small children. Beware of the burrs if you get off the driveway. They are painful and they are everywhere!! The management was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay. I would recommend!

Overall the property was great and as shown in the pictures. It is so close to the beach and the pool was perfect to just cool off. Regarding the cleanliness there were some issues there. The grill looked like it had bever been cleaned. There was trash behind the main couch in living room and dirty socks out back. The small shower upstairs didnt drain well and the small back bedroom on the left upstairs, the bed is missing screws so kind of broke in the middle. There is no grass for the dogs to go to the bathroom and the dirt and partial grass near the house is full of sand spurs. So be careful. Overall, still a great trip!

Great house near the beach

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the property. The house is brand new and in great condition. The Jacuzzi was perfect for those chilly nights. Check-in and check-out were smooth with good communication from the manager. We recommend this property to all.

Great Stay

The Location was great not a far drive to Frank Brown Sports Complex, the house was accommodating enough for half a team along with our significant others to stay with us!

wonderful house

Had 4 sisters and brother (and spouses) travel to P.C. for funeral. We all thought the house was perfect for 5 couples. Very nice and bright. Everything was there that we needed. Close to the beach. Only thing we couldn't use was the grill (dirty). Would definitely stay there again.
