THIS IS A GREAT OCEAN-FRONT UNIT- DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, WITH A BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE EMERALD WATERS WITH SUGAR WHITE SAND BEACHES AND SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE CITY.
LOCATED ON THE 15TH FLOOR WITH PRIVATE BALCONY W/ DIRECT VIEW OF THE OCEAN - AS IF YOU CAN FEEL, HEAR AND TOUCH THE WAVES RIGHT FROM YOUR BALCONY. Perfect Mid-stack elevation - high enough to get away from road noise but low enough to hear the waves!
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PURSUANT TO HOA RULES IS 6 PERSONS. Near Pier Park. Must be 25+ to rent per HOA rules. Our unit, located on the 15th floor.
This is a 1BR/2BA configuration. The one (1) master bedroom has a king sized bed. The bunk area has a bunk bed that can sleep two (2). The living room has one sofa which is a queen sofa sleeper. As previously stated, per HOA rules and fire code the maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.
LAYOUT: 1 BR/2BA configuration- Very spacious 1 bedroom with Bunk Rm Area and two (2) full baths condo.

Walk to the beach from the main lobby of Tidewater Resort.
Please note the Tidewater charges a $35 resort fee that you pay Tidewater through a pre-registration link that will be provided to you. This is a per room fee (not per guest) and it is one fee for the length of your stay. You will be issued parking passes (up to 2) for this unit and wristbands for your party. The wristbands are required to use the pools and other amenities. Wristbands will be given to guests at check-in. Guests ages twelve & up are required to always wear the wristbands on property.
**We are the owners of our units and we are doing management by ourselves. You will never be waiting for our response!
DISCLAIMER:
*** Please note, during the peak season (March-September), the desirable locations of this high rise resort can be full of guests and may have longer wait times for the elevators as well as check-in /check out lines.
*** Multiple units checking in and out at the same time ~ 10 am and 4 pm.
Elevators can be very busy during this time on average of 40 minutes or more during peak times. Please be patient and plan accordingly. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We recommend that our guests plan ahead and leave plenty of time to arrive on time at your next destination. Please use your own discretion and plan accordingly ***
This is one of the most desirable locations in PCB because of its close proximity to Pier Park. Many guests will walk to nearby restaurants and attractions which saves a lot of driving time and looking for car parking spot.
***GUEST NOTES:
Guests have access to the entire unit and access to resort facilities.
CHECK-IN NOTES:
1. Self check in with key-code lock.
2. Guests Registration required (with a fee)
3. Registered Guests will be provided with RFID wrist bands and parking passes at the check-in. Wrist bands will allow guests access to the Resort and all the areas with accommodations on premises. Guests are to return wrist-bands at the check-out prior leaving (avoid $25 replacement fee)
4. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
5. This rental unit is located on the 15th Floor.
ELEVATOR NOTES:
1. Elevator wait times may be extremely slow on average of 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the elevator is under the management of the building manager and not within our control
2. We urge our guests to plan accordingly and make time. Suggestions include bringing only essentials that does not require luggage cart and then wait until 7 PM or 8PM to use luggage cart to bring the rest of the luggage
PARKING NOTES:
1. Parking spaces aren't dedicated.
2. Parking garage is located across the street from building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code).
3. There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, go to the visitor desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your parking passes (max of 2 per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass.
4. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7ft2in height is allowed in the garage.
FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL:
1. Pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage.
2. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the
garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renter’s expense.
RESORT AMENITIES:
1. 4 Large Indoor with heated pools and 2 outdoor pools (1-Heated)
2. 2 Hot Tubs

4. Wave's Bar & Grill is located on the 1st floor and is open year-round.
5. Theater w/ stadium seating approx 5,000 sq ft - Free movies are shown twice daily, and a movie list is displayed outside the theater reflecting the date, time, and movie playing. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the theater. Bathing suits are not permitted in the movie theater.

7. Starbucks and Cafe restaurant - in the Tidewater building

We supply cooking pots and pans as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. In addition, we have a Keurig duo Coffee Maker that makes up to 12 cups of coffee and brews K-cup pods for single serve coffee. There is a blender and fruit blender located in the cabinets as well as a toaster for slice bread.
KITCHEN FOOD SUPPLIES
***We do not supply coffee or other food supplies because we cannot guarantee the freshness so please make sure to bring some of your favorites.

Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.

We fell in love with the turquoise waters and white sands. The town is undergoing a transformation to a family oriented travel destination. We love the area and the calmness that it brings as well as the wonderful people who live and work there. It is an up and coming beach town that we are excited to see it continue to grow.

We love the simplicity of the property. Its a quaint property with just the right touch of calmness and rustic feel to it. The living room and kitchen area is an open concept. Nothing beats waking up to the sunrise or viewing the sunset with the direct ocean view. The balcony is right in the middle of the resort. It's not too high and not too low where you have privacy.
