Vacations at Colinas del Atlantico 1st floor

This fully equipped vacation property is located just minutes from Jobos Beach and offers air conditioning, WiFi, and an inverter. The house is located in a secure and private area and features brand new amenities, including parking for up to 8 cars. If you need dates that are not available in this listing, please send us a message as we have 6 additional properties in Isabela that may be able to accommodate you. We have installed a 600-gallon water tank with an automatic motor to ensure that you have a reliable water supply during your stay. This is a priority for you if you are considering other properties as it is not something that is common among vacation rentals. If your flight arrives in the morning, you will have 24-hour access to the property and there will always be someone to coordinate the key delivery. Two days before your arrival, we will call you and send you a message with the full address and a map to help you find your way to the property. We will also send you a photo of where the security box is located and the access code for that day. Everything is done by text message to streamline the process, but if you would like to call us, we are happy to speak with you. If you have the WhatsApp application, you can add us and we will send you a video on how to get to the property, which is recommended for those arriving in the early hours of the morning. It is recommended to have your own car. The property is located within a 10 mile radius of a great variety of restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a movie theater, and an airport in Aguadilla. If you see that the listing is booked for the dates you want, please send us a message anyway as we have other properties in Isabela that are always available and we can send them to you for consideration.

Beware

The home looks nice from the pictures but needs many updates. Owners live in Pennsylvania monitoring by door camera and rely on their family(nephew) to clean. Please take photos of all damages. Upon arrival, the table chair had tape around it, and when a bag was placed on it, it collapsed. Where my family and I went wrong was not reporting it immediately to owners, now being charged and accused of being scammers for $75—pure slanderous behavior of the owners. The furniture is outdated and smells. Beware of the slippery floor and leaky refrigerator. I took a severe fall on the tile floor. In which the owners never showed any concern. The local roosters are cute, but if not used to crowing all night, stay clear of this property. Another warning, parking is small and tight, especially if the top part of the home is rented. I had to park on the road in front of the house and wad hit by the neighbor causing damage to my rental vehicle. The towels are small and cheap. I purchased more and left them washed for another guest. Flies are awful, but keeping the property windows and doors closed help, just not practical. Bathrooms are another issue! Mildew on shower curtains and little floor protection from slippery floors. Other than those issues, the area is beautiful, and my family had a good time.

The worst experience

I made a reservation for October 24 to the 25th the day before. They tell me that I can't stay at that house. My reservation has to be in another house.. I ask him what the cancellation process is. He tells me that you can't help me. I have to do it myself and I don't finish the cancellation. The other day, when I was on my way to the property, I contacted this person and he told me that I didn't understand what the apartment was going to be, that was available, but I wasn't going to rent it. When that was already paid, so I lacked respect. Francisco Torres says, mature, spoiled, a unprofessional and unethical person. Dont stay at this place. Dr.Meléndez

You are not a Dr. You are a very disrespectful girl. On the day of his reservation, the property was not available and we offered him another better property that he had rented, larger and more spacious, since we have a number of 6 vacation properties in Isabela and he did not want it and he was offered the full refund without any penalty. We have been in business for more than 5 years, with 500 positive reviews on all rental platforms and our guests are 100% satisfied.

We had a great experience with this rental property. The manager was very responsive and made sure we were checked in and ok. The home was clean and neat. The kitchen (which we didn’t even use) was very stocked with cups, plates and utensils. Anything you needed was there. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the listing under amenities stated washer/dryer. When we arrived there are instruction printed on the kitchen wall that stated the washer/dryer was only for the use of the cleaning person. It is very difficult to find public laundromats in Puerto Rico. Besides that the house served its purpose very well.
