As an older building, we recognize there can be challenges such as plumbing and sound transfer between units. We do our best to inform guests both in the listing and after booking so expectations are clear. We appreciate your comments about the bed and flooring insulation. Kimberlee, I am so sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit this time around at our beautiful beach view location at Surftides Plaza Rentals. Upon your arrival our goal is to always have the unit in pristine condition and at a comfortable temperature so that you can begin enjoying your condo and relaxing right away. During the winter months our team is trained to leave the thermostat at 60 degrees to maintain a comfortable temperature. It sounds like maybe that didn't quite happen during this visit. I'm happy to hear that opening up the windows and the slider overlooking the beach helped cool things down pretty quickly. If during your stay you ever have any issues or problems, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, we have staff on site and a highly-trained maintenance team that is always to assist if you have any concerns. Once we read your feedback we did do a full inspection of the heat in this unit and tested it and found it to be operational and working as intended. If you discovered any cleanliness issues I would've have hoped you could bring those to our attention as soon as you discovered them so we could promptly address your concerns. We take cleanliness issues very seriously, and our team is held to the highest level of cleanliness standards. Thank you for letting us know about the instructions on where to locate the extra bedding. We have since updated those instructions so we greatly appreciate your feedback on that. Again, I am truly sorry this trip wasn't 5 stars for you, but I hope you are willing to visit us again as I know we can certainly impress you if you give us another shot.
