Mirella, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the unit did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you specifically pointing out the floor stain, odor, couch and dog hair, bathroom drawer handles, and the pullout bed frame. We’ll be sure to share these concerns with our housekeeping and management teams so they can be reviewed and addressed. We’re glad to hear that you found the kitchen clean and the king-size bed comfortable, and that you enjoyed the incredible ocean view and easy access to the beach. Those are some of the things we love most about the property as well. We truly appreciate the honest feedback. It helps us identify areas that need additional attention and improve the experience for future guests.

Hi Waymond! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We're thrilled to hear that you had a good experience in Unit 206, Peanut Butter and Jellyfish, and that you appreciated the cleanliness of our place. We are so lucky to be able to share our great location and amazing ocean view with our guests. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Hello there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beach and appreciate you recognizing that the property's age and proximity to Highway 101 are noted in the listing. We understand that traffic noise and sounds from neighboring units can affect the ability to rest comfortably, and our location does come with some challenges in that regard. Parking is also limited to one vehicle per reservation, and availability can be more challenging during busy periods. We appreciate you giving D Sands Rentals a try and wish you the best in your future travels.

Thank you for your review Lisa! Come try us out for a couple days! It just gets better and better!

Alicia, thank you for your 5-star review of your stay in 206, Peanutbutter and Jellyfish! We couldn't be happier with your feedback. It is wonderful to know the housekeeping team did an excellent job preparing for your stay and we are excited to pass along your comments to the team! We trust your check-in went smoothly and that our centralized location in town was convenient for your travel plans. We can't wait to host you again at D Sands Rentals!

Hello Amy, Thank you for your valuable feedback, we appreciate it! We are delighted to hear you had a wonderful stay with us and the space was to your expectations. Unit cleanliness and comforts are very important to us to provide the best guest experience. We hope you enjoyed the easy check-in process and the fantastic views. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Alexandria, thank you for the kind review of your time in 206 Peanut Butter and Jellyfish! We love to hear that the space was perfect for you and that everything was nice and clean. The murphy bed in the living room is great for kids, or even adults that prefer to listen to the ocean as they sleep! And the keyless entry system means there's no keeping track of a keycard, which is especially nice with children. We sincerely hope you had everything you needed to relax and enjoy the view or explore the beach access. Thank you again for the positive feedback and we hope to see you and your family in the future!

Tony, it's wonderful to hear that room 206 has been your favorite for over 25 years! We're thrilled to know that our property continues to be your perfect place for beach relaxation. Thank you for being a valued guest and for your kind words. We look forward to welcoming you back for many more years of enjoyment by the sea!

Hi Deborah! Thank you so much for your review! Excited that you & your friend loved our comfy beds and oceanfront location. Come back anytime!

Tom, thank you for your feedback! We're very sorry to hear about the issues with the carpet and the patio door lock. That’s definitely not the experience we want our guests to have. We appreciate you reporting the issue, and we’ll be following up with our maintenance team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We wish you all the best in your future travels!
