Willow's Edge Cabin- Mtn Views, Hot Tub & Pet Friendly!

Welcome to Willow's Edge Cabin! Our cabin is located in Vilas, NC just minutes from downtown Boone and App State, Valle Crucis, Blowing Rock and a short drive to ski resorts. Sitting on one acre on the side of a mountain in the woods, Willow's Edge feels secluded but not too remote. Retreat to the mountains for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. At almost 3,500 feet in elevation, Willow's Edge cabin offers breathtaking mountain views.

**There is an electronic keypad entry on front door, where you and your family will have a unique, custom code for the duration of your stay. This allows for contactless check-in/check-out and removes the hassle of juggling keys.

*We do have EXTERIOR security cameras located at the front door and driveway for everyone's safety and security.*

**Willow's Edge has a shared driveway with two other cabins and it is steep (however, it flattens out at the top with ample parking that fits four vehicles comfortably). The cabin sits near the top of Willow Mountain Drive, which is a gravel road with some sharp turns. In winter months, 4x4 or AWD vehicles are required to access the cabin (tire chains are also advised in icy conditions). In summer months, front-wheel drive vehicles are sufficient. Trust us though-the views at the top are worth the climb!

Make yourself at home in our cozy cabin that is big enough to sleep 8. Upstairs you will find a king suite with a private bathroom and the loft which has a beautiful queen size bed and pull out futon. The main level has a king suite with a private bathroom as well as private access to the deck and hot tub. The rest of the main floor is open concept with high ceilings in the living room. The dining room is adjacent and has a table big enough for everyone. We also have a washer/dryer and provide laundry detergent for your use. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to make a home-cooked meal! We provide a drip coffee maker and French Press. Enjoy your morning cup of joe or tea on our wrap-around deck and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the mountains! Our deck has three seating areas as well as a propane grill for your use.

We have supplied the cabin with fresh bedding and bath linens to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Willow's Edge is equipped with two smart televisions so you may log into your own streaming accounts; one in the living room and the other in the loft area. We also have a gas log fireplace in the main living area.

Our cabin is centrally located in the high country, just outside of Boone in Vilas. No matter the season, there are many activities to do outside to soak up the mountain experience. We are a short drive away from many hiking trails, three different ski mountains, and fishing. Spend your days shopping in boutique stores on King Street in Boone or in downtown Blowing Rock. Check out the wide variety of breweries and locally owned restaurants. No matter your interests-there is something for everyone to do. Or just hang out on our deck and enjoy the views!
