Thank you for your feedback, Julie. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the maintenance issues, please note that each concern was addressed promptly and resolved the same day it was reported. As for the key situation, there were two keys provided prior to your arrival. When the lock began sticking, we replaced it entirely to ensure your comfort and security, and you received two brand-new keys. Unfortunately, when you lost both keys the following day, a locksmith was required — which is not something we can be responsible for, as all keys had been provided to you. Concerning the bed and comforter, we were not made aware of any issues during your stay. Had we known, we would have gladly addressed them right away to make your experience more comfortable. We always strive to provide our guests with the best service possible. Wishing you all the best and safe travels in the future.

Thank you for your 5-Star review, Chris!
