From the moment you walk through the front door, natural light comes flooding in from the windows. The living room is the perfect place to relax with its comfortable furnishings, large screen TV, and access to the balcony through a glass sliding door located by the dining table.

Main level is the living area, dining room, and kitchen. Up three steps are the bedrooms, bathrooms, and washer and dryer. The primary suite has a king bed and a newly renovated ensuite with a walk-in shower. A comfy guest bedroom houses a king bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is accessed from the hallway.

Key Features:
• Anchorage has an incredible pool/spa center that features a charcoal grill, fridge, and TV . It is mere steps from the varied shopping and dining amenities inside Hilton Head Island's most beautiful harbor – Shelter Cove. Pool Season is February - November 1st.
• Pets are not allowed

Rent price includes: Rental Rate, Hospitality Program, Beach Gear Credit, Booking Processing Fees, and Departure Clean. Your Luxury Concierge is included with no additional cost.

Shelter Cove Area:
Shelter Cove is located mid-island and is convenient for accessing all parts of Hilton Head. However, you may never need to leave as there are so many things to do right outside your door. If water sports interest you, nearby you will find kayak and canoe rentals, fishing boat charters, jet-ski rentals, dolphin and sightseeing cruises, as well as dinner cruises. Rent a bicycle and take advantage of the miles and miles of bike paths that the island has to offer or pedal the short distance to the beach and spend the day in the sand and surf. Spend an afternoon shopping and dining at the many boutiques and restaurants located along the water's edge at the beautifully landscaped marina. You will also have use of the building's private pool, located within the gated grounds. As a guest at Shelter Cove, you will have access to all of the amenities that Palmetto Dunes has to offer such as the beach club, the Dunes House restaurant, 3 world class golf courses and fantastic tennis facilities. The Dunes Buggy is just a phone call away and is a free shuttle service that is available in season to take you anywhere within the Palmetto Dunes area, should you not have a car or choose not to drive. The new Shelter Cove Towne Centre is quite close and has a new Kroger Marketplace and Whole Foods among many other fine shops.

Great location

Although this wasn't the villa I originally rented, I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom due to unforeseen circumstances. I definitely would rent in that area again, the location was great and the villa was clean and spacious. I/we had a great time!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was very clean with newer appliances. It matched the online listing, no surprises when we checked in. It was very peaseful and quiet. I would highly recommend the property management group. Super easy process and very friendly.

Hilton Head Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was ok except for the price, fees made up almost 50% of the weekly rental. VRBO has driven the cost to stay after fees to ridiculous levels.

Lagoon view in Shelter Cove

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet, easy access to beach at Palmetto Dunes plantation, walking distance to restaurants,shops, grocery store, and the harbourin Shelter Cove.Easy check-in, attentive property management. Loved it!
