Heated pool home. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Welcome to our home, Sunshine Awaits of Cape Coral, a relaxing tropical pool paradise. Here you will escape to a Florida tranquil oasis, with a beautiful heated pool, and lush tropical ambiance. This home is centrally located to shopping centers, restaurants, nightlife, parks, fishing/boating, SunSplash water park and SW Floridas greatest beaches including Ft Myers beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Cape Coral Beach, Bonita Beach, Naples and Marco Island. Englewood Beach, Venice Beach are also beautiful beaches within 1 hour drive, and Siesta Keys within 1 hour and 15 mins.
Palm trees, tropical atmosphere as you enter the property. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with new furniture. As you enter the home a nice living area to relax after a long day that welcomes you to glass sliding doors which take you to the outdoor living area. Come relax by the pool, grill outside or watch tv in our open concept outdoor living area that you will love. The living room area has nice leather couches to kick back have tranquil time with friends/family or to gather to watch a movie. For the musical artist in you, we offer a piano to play on or to sit back and entertain your guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed with fresh new linens, large flatscreen tv, en suite bathroom with a walk in closet and sliding doors that lead you to the lanai and pool area. Across the hallway there are 2 more bedrooms with queen size bedrooms, fresh linens and a large flatscreen tv. There is the guest shower and bathroom on this side as well with a door in the bathroom that can lead you to the pool for quick convenient access from a dip in the pool to the shower. The house has a full laundry room for your convenience. What I love about the place is the breathtaking outdoor space where I’m sure you will create many memories with your loved ones. You will find the refreshing pool with pool floats. Plenty of large wrap around seating area, chairs and seats to watch TV or a sporting event, a grill to cookout at, with a nice outdoor dining table, mini fridge bar and so much more. Outdoor fans and ceiling fans make it always comfortable to relax out in this tropical paradise. Need more space? We have more outdoor sitting area outside the lanai in our fenced in backyard with lush beautiful plants, palms and our own banana tree you are welcome to pick from. This is our second home and we hope you enjoy and love it as much as we do!

Our home is centrally located to everything. There is something here for everyone. A short drive in either direction will take you to some of the finest restaurants, amazing nightlife, shopping and the most beautiful beaches such as Fort Myers Beach. Bonita Beach has the best sunsets and is a favorite of ours! Naples Beach, Marco Island as well as Siesta Keys, and Lido Key are nice scenic drives to check out all the beautiful beaches florida has to offer.
SunSplash water park is close by for a day in the wave pool, lazy river, enjoy some water slides, or just lay out, relax and tan on a lounge chair.

Fort Meyers airport is the closest at 25 minutes away, as well as a smaller airport in Punta Gorda also 25 minutes away, but Sarasota and Tampa, at the furthest, are also optional airports. Uber is a definite option if you choose to have a night out on the town. One of the popular bars, Backstreets, will even provide you with free transportation to the Sunshine Awaits home. Parking is rarely an issue in the
Cape. Beach parking can get crowded though and requires an hourly payment paid at the meter. Remember to put your ticket in your vehicle's window.

Downtown Cape Coral has plenty of shops, restaurants with nightly entertainment and bars.

Cape Harbor is one my favorite places to go to that has plenty of gift shops, ice cream shops, restaurants, nightlife, as you can watch the boats enter and exit off the harbor.

3. No pets without registration on the page or $150 fine. No pets swimming in pool.
