Welcome to our Guest Suite in St. Petersburg, minutes from all the Famous Florida beaches, and biking distance to fun and exciting Downtown Gulfport, which has many famous and popular local restaurants, bars, and its own CASINO! There are many Farmer's Market and a HUGE Art District that is a must see! Our beautiful home sleeps 3 comfortably and has all the essentials you'll need for a Florida vacation. The backyard is shared with the main house, which is also on Airbnb :)
Please note this is a guest house, and the backyard is shared with the main home which is also in Airbnb. Please be mindful and respect quiet hours after 10 pm, and if you see other guests , be kind :)



The interruptor for the water heater is connected to the same switch that gives power to the kitchenette lamp (next to the bathroom).

Please keep the switch turned on prior and while taking a shower so the heater can heat up properly.

We live in orlando, so most Likely won’t be able to meet you in person, but we will be available for any request you may need :) we also have Angie , our co host and property manager that stays on top of everything , so you will be very well taken care of :)
Very quiet, older community. 10 minutes from all the best beaches in Florida, 3 minutes from downtown Gulfport, 8 minutes from downtown st Pete, 25 min from Tampa, and 3 minutes from Stetson university!
Parking is free ! One space available for this unit . Additional parking may be available on 45th st.
Our guest house is around 350 square feet. As you first walk in, you will see the open space concept which features the living room/bedroom combo, with a large bathroom, and a small hallway with a sink, to clean dishes and prep meals. There’s a large counter that’s fully equipped to fit most of your cooking needs :) no full stove, but almost Everything else to cook is available , including an air fryer, mini oven, hot plate, and pots and pans :)
Parking is free! Perfect for one car. If you have more than one car, it may be a bit tight. Street parking on 45th st is available as well :) I would recommend renting a car via turo as Florida doesn’t have great public transportation. Or Uber works as well !
