Welcome to Echo Landing 34, a modern 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo ideal for a vacation in Sun Peaks Resort. This cozy retreat features a private hot tub on the balcony, offering breathtaking views of Mt. Morrisey and Sundance Mountain. With ski-in/ski-out access from Morrisey and Orient, it's the perfect spot for a small family that loves outdoor adventures.
The living room exudes a relaxing vibe, furnished with a comfy couch positioned across from the fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Double doors lead out to the private balcony, where you can enjoy the hot tub and take in the stunning mountain scenery.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a kitchen island with seating for four, making meal preparation a breeze. A small dining area provides additional seating for three, creating a perfect space for family meals and gatherings.
Echo Landing 34 offers a seamless blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring you can book a memorable vacation with Top of the Mountain in Sun Peaks Resort. Whether you're hitting the slopes or soaking in the hot tub, this charming condo is your perfect mountain getaway.
This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage in front of the property.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
