You are right next to the beach club and the boardwalk - steps away from the beach,
infinity pool with uninterrupted views of the ocean, sunset pool, heated lazy river, hot
tubs, fire pits, game room, biking & golf cart paths, and a fishing pier.

The space:
With three living areas to choose from, you have room to spread out.
Enjoy your morning coffee and evening sunsets with the 180 degree views of the ocean waves right from the main balcony. With the relaxing warm salt water breeze drifting through the air, you and your guest will find plenty of moments for enjoyable
conversation relaxing in Adirondack chairs and rockers.

Each of the indoor living areas and bedrooms are equipped with a 55” Ultra 4K HD
Smart TV and Xfinity 1GB Wifi - great for streaming with Netflix, Disney, or your other
favorite provider.

The living room is the heart of Mi Vida - with a million dollar view and plenty of space,
this room is perfect for family gatherings and cozy nights!

For the culinary adventurer, enjoy preparing your meals in the fully stocked “everything
you need” gourmet kitchen. Spices, pans, cookware - it’s all provided for your stay. Mix
up your favorite frozen drinks in the Margaritaville Blender - perfect for your tropical
beach vacation.

For coffee connoisseurs, enjoy a Chemex pour over system, a French press, a Keurig
with pods, drip coffee pot, and assorted flavored syrups. A collection of Stash teas are
available during your stay.

In the bayside game room, look forward to laughs and fun! Simply curl up in the comfy oversized chair with a good book. The bonus balcony provides a spectacular view of the beach club and bayside sunsets.

There are three luxury bedrooms to choose from. All beds are constructed of copper
and gel Infused foams with advanced supportive air technology that contour to your
body for an ultimate sleeping experience.

The “Sunrise” bedroom is beach side, with a spa style ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the
sunrise and morning coffee on your private access to the main balcony or stay snuggled up in your luxury king bed. The waterfall rain spa shower is sure to refresh, and the ample walk-in closet provides all the room you need.

The “Sunset” bedroom reflects the natural warm hues that flood through the bayside
windows each night- perfect for a guest who prefers to sleep in, away from the main
living areas.

The “Starlight” bedroom is a reimagined bunk bed experience fun for kids and adults,
with luxury full beds in a cozy personalized space - each has its own plugs and lights
perfect for relaxing with your favorite mobile device in a private atmosphere. There is a
built-in trundle for extra sleeping space. Enjoy the starlight projector that converts the
room into its own galaxy, perfect for drifting off to sleep.

Guest access:
There is 1 covered parking spot in the garage labeled #201. There is additional free
parking in the lot outside the building and around the circle near the Beach Club. There
is a beach equipment closet in the garage in location #4.

Other things to note:
Beach Club Resort Fee: There is a $25 fee per person per stay that the Beach Club
charges for the amenities. An email from the Pointe West Beach Club will come prior to your stay for payment for wristbands and access. The maximum number of wristbands allowed are 9 and it's required for all guests over the Age of 4.

On arrival, the guest can check in at the Front Desk where they will get their wristbands
and parking permits to keep in their car. You must bring a valid ID to the front desk.

*There will be a $600 deep cleaning fee for violations of house rules including the no parties or events, and no smoking or vaping rules.

*Mi Vida welcomes your well trained 4 legged canine family members! There is a limit of 2 pets not to exceed 40 pounds unless agreed on previously. Violation will result in a $600 additional cleaning fee and termination of the stay.

*Pointe west is a premier family destination in Galveston. In that spirit please keep noise from 10pm - 8am to a minimum out of respect for young sleepers who need their rest.

*Minimum rental age for the property is 25 years old, and must occupy the property for the duration of the stay.

*Your safety is important! There is a ring camera on the doorbell pointed out to the common, public area hallway. There are no cameras or recording devices within the home or patios.
