Beautiful location with amazing views! Quick drive in to Breckenridge. Enjoyed the hot tub and cozy fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Nice Ski Base

Great place for skiing, ice climbing, fishing in the area. One rug needs a little more cleaning effort but everything else was clean and functional!

as advertised, great house, excellent provisioning and professional mgmt.

House was "as advertised". It had incredible views. It was the best provisioned STR house I have ever stayed at. The mgmt company was thorough, responsive and competent. Hope to see you back again!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect. The cabin was clean and in good repair. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the porch is incredible. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

This cabin was like a dream come true!

Most beautiful cabin secluded in the woods; definitely a winter wonderland experience. We welcomed Christmas sitting in the hot tub on deck under the stars which was quite the experience. From the Ping Pong table to the fireplace, it is perfect. This cozy cabin has it all. Just a short drive to Breckinridge. Will definitely come back and stay here again! Thank you for such a memorable dream vacation.

Great location - management company was a disappointment

This is the best location we have stayed at in the last 5 summers we have visited Colorado. 360° views and very secluded. Loved the location. The house was fine. We would book it again but we were disappointed with the lack of maintenance to the property. There were zero chairs to sit on on the deck. 3 were broken and thrown under the steps outside. One was on the deck and it was so loose/wobbly that it was not even useable. We had to sit on the deck on beach towels. It looked as if there was a big party thrown at the home before our stay. Solo cups and trash under the couches, ants swarming the entry way and they were entering home when we opened the front door. Silly string all over the property, random fork outside on the deck. Ping pong table had no balls. Lack of upkeep with this property was a huge disappointment on that side. The house has no ceiling fans or AC. The information at the home note this and says to use fans and open windows to cool the house down. There are a couple of plug-in fans in the closets to use but the main big window that opens in the kitchen does not have a screen so you are left to have bugs/mosquitos flying in the home or keep it closed. The afternoons got very hot. Would have been nice to have some chairs to sit on outside, to make the home feel more comfortable. Again, would rent again based on the location but this property management company needs to spend a little time on upkeep with this home. It was not guest ready when we arrived.

Great place!

Beautiful cabin! Huge windows provided an amazing view. Very clean and cozy, as advertised. It’s equipped with everything you need. Communication was professional and excellent. I would definitely recommend it! The only downside was that there was only one tv but that was not a big deal, everything else was perfect!

Amazing views, great location, a few inconveniences

We stayed at this cabin with our family of two adults and three kids, 4/4/7. The views are incredible from the house, the deck, and especially the hot tub. At night, we had a 360 degree view of the stars, like being in a planetarium, which was a huge highlight. The main floor of the house was clean and tidy with comfortable sheets and beds. It did "live small," as the loft area is really only for sleeping... it would have felt tight with more people, but was comfortable for us. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. This is a new rental, and the management company was still working out some kinks. The basement, with the ping pong table, is sold as more livable space but is a very unfinished basement that hadn't been swept/vacuumed. There were no garbage bins provided to put our trash upon checkout. There were no batteries in the remote for the fireplace. We couldn't find the chemicals for the hot tub, which was nerve-wracking because the paperwork is very stern that if anything goes wrong with the hot tub, there is a $600 fee. I received many automated texts from the rental company with the invitation to text back with any questions, but when I did text at check-on on a Friday, I didn't hear back from anyone until Monday morning. No deal breakers, but small inconveniences that took this stay from five stars to four. Overall, it's in a great location, close to town but still private, and you can't beat those views. I'm sure that they will iron out the bumps with time.
