Pristine Downtown 1-Bedroom Steps from State House

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Annapolis's historic district, steps away from the Maryland State House and a few minutes walk to the Naval Academy (6 mins), downtown waterfront (4 mins), shops on Maryland Ave (2 mins), and West Street (7 mins).

This is a historic home built by Eleanor Hepburn, the cousin of actress Katharine Hepburn. Look out for the "EH" on the door.

It has been newly renovated from top to bottom and has everything you need for a short- or long-term stay!

One-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a comfortable full bed, a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All rooms include darkening shades.

This apartment is completely private and has its own entrance. Limited street parking permits are available on request.
Please know that there is some noise in the area during the day as we are located right in the heart of Downtown Annapolis.

What a fantastic, fully renovated, state-of-the-art apartment! We loved having the beautifully landscaped state capital building just up the hill. There are shops, restaurants, bars, and places of historical interest all within walking distance.Our hostess arranged a parking permit for us good throughout our stay, which was hugely helpful and money-saving. Staying over a week, we especially appreciated the use of the washer and dryer in the apartment. We had a little noise in the streets, but that’s usually par for the course. In short, this is an amazing place to stay.

This property is so charming! The location is walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants on Main St. This a perfect place for a couples getaway! We stayed here for 4 days and my husband and I were very comfortable. The hosts left some snacks and waters for us. Everything was stocked for the bathroom and laundry which was super nice. The hosts were very communicative and eager to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely come back!

This home is an absolute gem! Very, very comfortable and no detail has been overlooked. The location was within walking distance of all the places on our list. Great hosts that were very welcoming and responsive. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location couldn’t have been better—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the Naval Academy. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely choose to stay here again.

This beautiful little apartment is perfect! They have thought of every amenity to insure our stay was perfect. I even had to use the little sewing kit to fix a hem before our daughter’s wedding and was so thankful they had thought of this tiny detail! We were able to regulate the temperature and lighting easily for a good night’s sleep. The communication was flawless and we were also so thankful for the residential permit registration the hosts offered during our stay. It’s also in a perfect location to access the history and businesses in downtown Annapolis. Visit the Brown Mustache coffee and bookshop - you won’t be disappointed! Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

Perfect Place, Perfect Location!

Had a wonderful stay in Annapolis. This place was super clean and super well appointed! Owners had everything well organized and labeled, and were great with communication. The best part was the location - so easy to walk to all that Annapolis has to offer. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect 1BR in DTA

Our family loved having this as a short-term rental to visit our midshipman and give him the ability to relax off campus. The owners were communicative and amazing to work with for the entire 3 months! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Annapolis

Can’t say enough about this property, the host were amazing and got back to us right away and even checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The location was within walking distance of everything and the actual property was so nice inside and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing location!

This is the perfect location for an Annapolis. The hosts were amazing with communication and the place was immaculate. The area is beautiful and quick walk to all the shops, restaurants and harbor. It was a great stay. I definitely recommend!

A sweet and cozy set up in the heart of downtown. Very thoughtfully appointed and a brilliant use of small space. Was reminded of places in Europe. One of the best, most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had with VRBO. We plan to come up Annapolis more often in the future and will Definitely be looking to stay at this property again! Awesome location, updated, and clean

The location is amazing. Tons of restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. The apartment was fully updated and clean. The towels are super fluffy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's not large but Oby and Andrew put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable destination for our weekend getaway. Best part was we parked the car when we arrived and did not move it again until we departed. Oby and Andrew were very pleasant to deal with and provided great responses to our questions about the area.

Great place

Super cute, clean place with everything you need. Freshly remodeled. Owners were super nice. Close to everything in Annapolis and walking was easy because it is on the less steep side of the hill. Loved it and will be back
