The accommodations were beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was great. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Maui.

Host was very easy to work with and communicative. The condo and the location near the pool were fantastic. We loved seeing the ocean from the lanai and even saw a few whales from there, although the clubhouse has a great viewing area.

This condo was perfect!

The location was the best part with the massive lanai that is so close to the pool. Kids loved it. The property is so laid back and low key. We would stay here again, for sure!

Perfect family getaway

Fabulous unit everything was as listed. My family and I had an incredible time in Wailea. Will definitely return, and rent the unit again….

Patio sliders are very difficult to open. LR ceiling fan does not operate well. Stove and microwave clocks need repair. Patio and dining chair pads need replacing as they provide little cushion. TV operating instructions are out of date.

Feels like home

We love staying in this condo. It’s cozy, updated, well equipped in the kitchen and lots of beach accessories! The very best part is the large lanai, the location to the pool is the best and the furniture is comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect in Paradise

The condo is fantastic, it was our second time in the unit. The location is perfect, overlooking the pool while having morning coffee and being able to quickly access the condo from the pool to refresh a drink or grab snack made the trip even better. We loved it and hope to be back.

My family had a great stay at Angela’s place. We loved how close it was to the pool, we enjoyed sunset views from the lanai, and we used the kitchen daily for meal prep. My only suggestion would be to replace the washer/dryer as it’s quite old and small. The sleeper sofa wasn’t very comfortable either, but could be easily fixed with a memory foam mattress. Aside from that, we had a great stay and appreciated all the beach amenities that were provided.

Perfect

Being close to the pool was excellent, being on the lenai was relaxing and having a home base in a nice condo resort with lush landscaping was just perfect.

Home away from Home

The condo is fantastic. It was very clean and nicely updated. It is close to the pool which we loved. The complex is very well maintained. The lanai is huge and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels that were provided which was perfect for our beach days. We loved staying here and will be back again.

Wonderful!

I stayed at this condo for 2.5 weeks, and loved every day of it. The location was great, the condo was fully stocked, the king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and Cynthia (the owner) was amazing. Great communication and customer service. I'd definitely stay here again!

Our visit started out with a few hiccups, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was quickly resolved. Their attentiveness truly made a difference and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The condo’s location near the pool was perfect for relaxing and easy access, and the beds were super comfortable—which is always a plus after long days exploring Maui. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook at home, making it feel like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Family Celebration

What a wonderful stay! My husband and I shared this condo with my 80 year old gramma and our 5 year old son. We had family on site in two additional condos The proximity to the pool was perfect and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Mahalo!

Palms 1305

Well kept 2b + 2b condo in Wailea. Ideal location off of the main road and close to the pool. Lovely, large lanai, perfect for dining and happy hour. Updates throughout condo, only untouched room was main bathroom. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Just booked our 10th year

After 9 years of staying in #1305, it's become like a second home. Great location and facilities, with local support if you run into problems. New bedroom furniture and rugs this year.

Wonderful property

We have stayed at the condo 12 times, and loved it like a second home.Unfortunately, now that the US gov't is attacking and disrespecting Canada, we won't be coming back. And with the US removing all the consumer and health protections for its citizens, it also won't be safe to visit this country anymore.

Wonderful Wailea vacation

This condo and property were absolutely perfect. The condo is clean and nicely updated including new kitchen appliances and air conditioning! The kitchen was well stocked with all a family of six needs. The beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus. We loved being next to the pool and spent many hours relaxing on the lanai. Angela our host was very responsive both before and during our stay. We look forward to returning.

Amazing Location

The Palms is one the best locations in terms of value in Wailea. This unit is close to the pool, which is great for kids. You can stay on the lanai and watch them play. The condo is a little outdated and a few things need repaired. That said, it’s quiet, the beds are comfy and it’s well equipped with kitchen items and beach stuff. We had a great time on Maui and would stay here again!

We stayed in the unit for 3 amazing weeks. The condo is decorated beautifully and has comfy furniture. Everything is as described in the listing. There were a few hiccups but nothing that really impacted our stay, other than the dishwasher not working. The owner offered to have someone come look at it but we opted to have her do that after we left and bought a cheap drying rack. There’s lots of beach gear: chairs, towels, boogie boards and even a few sets of snorkel gear. There are 2 umbrellas but both had a broken spokes which made them easily invert when it was windy but were fine when it was calm. Our favorite part of the condo was the pool. It was warm every day. The condo is essentially adjacent to the pool area so there isn’t tons of privacy from the awesome lanai and you can hear noise off and on but it wasn’t terrible. We loved being steps away and it was never terribly crowded. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Both bedrooms and the main living area have ceiling fans and AC. The master bedroom AC didn’t seem to get as cool as the other 2, but it wasn’t too bad. The lanai furniture was comfy though the cushions could use a refresh. We ate every meal outside. It was very relaxing spending time out there. The location of the condo was perfect. There are so many beaches close by and plenty of shops and grocery stores 10 minutes away or less. We would absolutely stay here again!
